Are skins soulbound or tradeable?

They are tradeable (not soulbound), but we have to build the front end to make them so. That may take a few months as we have a lot of dev work ahead. Having said that, they are 100% owned and transferable, and are even able to be transfered if you know how to work the blockchain.
