You should definitely try out DUNGEON CITIES game on Hive.
It's a Play-to-Earn dungeon crawler RPG with a lot of exploration, strategy and PvP real-time battles.
I have created a tournament in Splinterlands. If you are able to get a winning spot in this SPLITERLANDS TOURNAMENT, you'll be awarded in Dungeon Cities! So no investment at all.
