To be honest this community has some very key and important aspects to it. Aside from an active community with a great leader/ founder in Neoxian, the Neoxian City front-end for Hive is very active and has lots of responsive authors in this community who are creating awesome posts for Hive. While traveling through the Art community there I am reminded of the early days of @dynamicsteemians, where new users from all around the world had a special place in our community as we tried in a very unsuccessful way to provide support to content creators from around the world in various ways. I enjoy interacting with the international community a lot more than I do with people from my own country where I feel I do not belong or accepted. What better way to utilize Hive but to find Art content and support them? Art has a long history of providing a form of communication that is meant to both send a message to it's intended audience while remaining unseen to unwanted prying eyes.
It might be common knowledge that Da Vinci was an accomplished musician, but not many people know about the song he painted into "The Last Supper," using rolls and hands in the place of music notes. And you've probably seen the "Mona Lisa," but not with a microscope — she has a minuscule code hidden in her eyes.

What are liquidity pools?
In a nutshell, a liquidity pool allows crypto traders and investors to gain access to market liquidity in the decentralised finance (DeFi) markets.
More specifically, liquidity pools are a pool of funds placed into a smart contract to provide liquidity for decentralised exchanges (DEX), lending and borrowing protocols, and other DeFi applications.
You can think of a liquidity pool as a decentralised alternative to an order book or matching engine powered by smart contracts.
How to Utilize Diesel Pools
The market order book can either leave you waiting too long for an order to fill or can make a very serious dent on your finances if spot buying off the market book. Typically Liquidity Pools are very helpful in executing a buy of a certain token without the wait or negative impact on your wallet when using the market order book. Also, if you have a token in a liquidity pool that is associated with airdrops, often times your airdrops can increase.
I found buying both NEOXAG and NEOX very affordable when acquiring them from the Liquidity Pools while using the swap function on Tribaldex.
There are risks associated to using Liquidity Pools. I suggest further analyzing these risks before investing into a liquidity Pools. They do have risks associated:
Risks involved in liquidity pools
The most common risk that liquidity providers could face is that of impermanent loss. In simple terms, impermanent loss means that the fiat value of a user’s crypto assets deposited to a pool could decline over time.
Impermanent loss is inherently interwoven in the AMM concept and occurs when the price of a pool’s tokens changes compared to when they were deposited. The more significant the change is, the bigger the loss. Sometimes, impermanent loss could be negligible, but sometimes it could be huge.
Since impermanent loss happens because of volatility in a trading pair, pools featuring at least one stable asset (an asset whose value is pegged to a fiat currency, most commonly to the USD, such as Dai, USDC or USDT) are less vulnerable to impermanent loss. Similarly, for pairs of two stablecoins, the risk of impermanent loss is the lowest. In fact, depending on the pool, rewards to liquidity providers can even offset impermanent loss over time.
@splinterlands provides a really amazing explanation about how to Use Diesel Pools for Tribaldex with their DEC:HIVE Pool. The follow is taken from their Whitepaper:
Deposit HIVE into your Wallet
Go to Your Wallet while signed into TribalDEX with your Hive account.
To provide liquidity to the Diesel Pool, you will need equal values in HIVE and DEC. Deposit the amount of HIVE you wish to provide to the Diesel Pool. It will be converted to SWAP.HIVE.
Deposit DEC into your Hive-Engine Wallet
In Splinterlands, go to the Dark Energy Crystal menu by clicking your DEC balance in the upper right.
Enter the amount of DEC you wish to deposit, then select Hive Engine Wallet from the dropdown menu. Your Hive-Engine wallet is the same as your TribalDEX wallet.
Click Transfer Out and sign the transaction using Keychain.
Providing Liquidity to the Pool
Now that you have corresponding values of both SWAP.HIVE and DEC in your TribalDEX wallet, you are ready to provide liquidity to the Diesel Pool.
Go to the POOLS tab.
Click the Add Liquidity tab.
From the dropdown, choose the Pool SWAP.HIVE:DEC.
Enter the amount of the Base Token (SWAP.HIVE) you wish to provide. Then the amount of the Quote Token (DEC) will be automatically filled in with an equivalent value.
Click Add Liquidity, then sign the transaction.
You have now provided liquidity to the SWAP.HIVE:DEC Diesel Pool on TribalDEX.

Rewards shown here are estimated and distributed among the liquidity providers every 24 hours.

The following Pools for the Neox and Neoxag tokens have rewards associated for providing liquidity to them. The rewards are estimated. I intend to utilize these pools to further my holdings with Hive and help acquire more NEOXAG and NEOX as I increase my holdings in both tokens.

A lot of people come here and get sucked into the friendliness of our server. Some people want to take on roles in the city, others just want to chat and have a good time. There's nothing wrong with either!
