Oh man I got in Splinterlands 2 months ago now and wish I did 3 years ago when i dismissed it as a nerdy card game... Now I have a few cards I can play decent, wish I had more everything though, SPS is just not enough to get enough vouchers to do much. I like the SPT token still a value and the NFT collector cards are super rare, I have already flipped several for nice profits. I want more cards, land and more... Thinking of when the NFT cards go up I can begin to trade for in game assets like land... :D #dreams

I hear you. I got into Splinterlands in March but didn't buy much. The game seemed a little sleepy to me. I picked up one plot of land and thought that was probably $20 lost dollars. In July though I decided to spend a few grand and that quickly turned into $50 grand by the time August came to a close. Definitely the best investment I've ever made but I'd have 10 times as much if I realized it even a few weeks earlier. I passed up on $11 Krons in July because I thought it was getting a little silly only to buy a bunch in August for $300 each 😂
I've been looking through the NFTs on splintertalk. I picked up a few of the less rare ones for 900 spt each that are now going for 5000. My problem is I can't ever sell anything though. It's all far too important to me. If you can flip it for land type profits though, you are going to win the whole game.
