Probably one of the most useful cards in the Earth builds but is currently overlooked due to her lack of ability in the early levels. With only 2 mana cost, you can put her in almost all games while being compatible with the most powerful summoner in Earth builds increasing her damage to 2. Khmer Princess's potential is truly unmatched if you consider the possibilities and untapped potential of her combos and future skills.

Lore

Once, on the other side of the world, a great Empire thrived known as Khmer. After generations of great losses from a horrific and indescribable enemy, the Khmer were forced to abandon their home and relinquish their Empire. The small numbers that remain of the Khmer have traveled the Outer Ocean on technologically advanced ships, the first in the Splinterlands to make use of combustion engines. The magic of the Khmer is also powered by fire, which explains why they have chosen the Burning Lands to make their new home. They are ruled by Princess Sipha; not only is she the only among her seven sisters that survived the wars, but she is the fiercest Khmer warrior. She has very little to prove, but she will do whatever it takes to ensure the survival of her Khmer people.

Should I Buy or Rent?

This is the price of the card as of this writing.

Even though Khmer Princess is not as useful as other cards, due to the fact that it came from Untamed pack that are sold out, the prices are almost same, if not more, than the powerful legendaries in the current pack, Chaos Legion.

This is the rental price of the card as of this writing.

In addition to what I stated above, no one rents Khmer Princess so the rental price is really low as well especially the level 1 versions that can be played for free even if you don't buy or rent one.

Card Stats and Abilities

Khmer Princess's stats is on the low side since the mana cost is also low. The advantage of picking this card over the other is that Khmer Princess's damage type is Magic, which is pretty compatible with Obsidian, their best summoner at the moment.

According to my research, magic damage also has a hidden effect that their attacks don't miss and passes through armor which is a huge plus as no misses means no chance of your opponent living from those said misses and armor also acts as a secondary health so bypassing it provides really great advantages.

Triage heals the friendly back-line Monster that has taken the most damage for 1/3 of its max health, rounded down, with minimum of 2.
Tank Heal restores 1/3 of the Monster's max health in the first position's health each round.

Khmer Princess has no abilities from levels 1-3.
She then unlocks Tank Heal ability starting level 4 allowing her to heal the monster in the first position by third of their maximum health.
By level 8, Khmer Princess unlocks Triage ability, allowing her to heal the lowest health monster on the back line.

Battle Review

This is a very low mana fight of 14. I decided to use Unicorn Mustang as my front as he is a very solid pick for Earth builds, Obsidian for my summoner and Khmer Princess for the last 2 mana. My opponent went with Living Lava as their front and Magma Troll as their second. Magma Troll, even if they're melee, can attack from second position due to his reach ability. Fortunately for me, Living Lava's skill, which is Shield, can only block melee and range damage types so even if he can half the damage for Unicorn Mustang, the damage from Khmer Princess would still come through in full.

Round 1

After a round, Living Lava's armor goes down and an additional of 2 health is inflicted due to Khmer Princess. Unicorn Mustang was not damaged a lot though as he dodge Living Lava's attack.

Round 2

Living Lava's death comes on the end of second round as he cannot reduce any damage from Khmer Princess and dealt with the final blow.

Round 3

Magma Troll now goes to front but then gets obliterated in the next round securing me my win for this game.
