GLADIUS CARDS CAPTAIN KATIE AND HER GREAT SNIPE ABILITY (ENG / ESP)
Hello Splinterlands community, greets you @elcristiano, today I will be talking about a Gladius card, which is used in Brawl and currently also in modern and wild ranked battles. Weekly I will describe these fabulous cards one by one.
Hola comunidad de Splinterlands, les saluda @elcristiano, hoy les estare hablando de una carta Gladius, las cuales se usan en las Brawl y actualmente tambien en batallas de clasificación moderna y salvaje. Semanalmente describire una por una estas fabulosas cartas.
Gladius cards are monsters that have the ability BLOODLUST, they can be common, rare, epic or legendary, they can be of the elements fire, water, earth, life, death, dragon or neutral and they are only obtained after opening GLADIUS CASE. The only way to acquire a GLADIUS CASE is to belong for more than 7 days to a guild that has the store (building) at level 2 and you acquire it for a cost of 2000 merits each envelope. Merits are earned from Daily Reward Chests, End of Season Reward Chests, and more from Brawl Rewards.
With the new reward cards appeared summoners with the CONSCRIPT ability that can summon an additional Gladius card in battle, therefore it is possible to summon 2 Gladius cards in a Brawl battle and 1 single Gladius card in a ranked battle will or modern. Some Chaos Legion edition cards also have the BLOODLUST ability but are not Gladius and in this case there is no limit to their use in battle.
Las cartas Gladius son monstruos que tienen la habilidad BLOODLUST, pueden ser comunes, raras, épicas o legendarias, ser de los elementos fuego, agua, tierra, vida, muerte, dragón o neutro y solamente se obtienen luego de abrir los GLADIUS CASE. La única forma de adquirir un GLADIUS CASE es pertenecer por mas de 7 días a un gremio que tenga la tienda (edificio) en el nivel 2 y lo adquieres por un costo de 2000 méritos cada sobre. Los méritos se obtienen en los cofres de recompensa diario, cofres de recompensa de final de temporada y en mayor cantidad en las recompensas de las Brawl.
Con las nuevas cartas de recompensa aparecieron invocadores con la habilidad CONSCRIPT que pueden invocar una carta Gladius adicional en la batalla, por lo tanto, es posible invocar 2 cartas Gladius en una batalla Brawl y 1 sola carta Gladius en una batalla de clasificación will o moderna. Algunas cartas de la edición Caos Legion tambien tienen la habilidad BLOODLUST pero no son Gladius y en este caso no hay limitante para su uso en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad estudiaremos a la Carta CAPTAIN KATIE la cual es una carta rara del elemento vida. Si se usa correctamente puede asegurarte la victoria, entonces hay que aprender a usarla y colocarla en la posición adecuada. Las cartas de magia atacan directamente a la salud del oponente pero entre las desventaja se encuentra que poseen poca salud y poca defensa o carecen de la misma. Por ello debe estar en la segunda fila, excatamente recomiendo en la tercera posición.

Durante la batalla se elimina al oponente de la segunda fila y como ya mencionamos generalmente poseen menos puntos de salud que el tanque, por lo tanto es una ventaja si se utiliza adecuadamente.
The interesting thing is that it is not necessary to wait for a battle with the snipe condition, since this card has the ability from level 1.
Lo interesante es que no es necesario esperar a que se nos presente una batalla con la condición snipe ya que esta carta posee la habilidad desde el nivel 1.

Por ser una carta Gladius posee una segunda habilidad llamada BLOODLUST
BLOODLUST: every time a monster with BLOODLUST defeats an opponent all its stats are increased (that is to say, magic, speed, defense and health will all go up automatically +1). As a consequence, as the battle progresses, it will become more and more fearsome in its attack.
BLOODLUST: cada vez que un monstruo con BLOODLUST derrota a un oponente todas sus estadísticas aumentan (es decir magia, velocidad, defensa y salud, todas subirán automáticamente +1). Como consecuencia a medida que avanza la batalla cada vez será mas temible en su ataque.
CAPTAIN KATIE becomes more resistant at level 6 as he acquires the ability divine shield, ignoring the first damage received. It is appropriate to mention that this ability does not protect against poison since it refers to another ability: immunity.
