GLADIUS CARDS JINI GUISE, THE LEGENDARY CARD OF LOW MANA (ENG/ESP)
Hello Splinterlands community, greets you @elcristiano, I will be talking about a Gladius card which is used in Brawl and currently also in modern and wild ranked battles. Weekly I will describe one by one these fabulous letters.
Hola comunidad de Splinterlands, les saluda @elcristiano, estare hablando de una carta Gladius las cuales se usan en las Brawl y actualmente tambien en batallas de clasificación moderna y salvaje. Semanalmente describire una por una estas fabulosas cartas.
Gladius cards are monsters that have the ability BLOODLUST, they can be common, rare, epic or legendary, they can be of the elements fire, water, earth, life, death, dragon or neutral and they are only obtained after opening the packs GLADIUS CASE.
Generally, legendary cards are characterized by having a lot of mana and therefore they would be the most powerful in the game, but due to the high mana they can only be used in certain games and if you have them available you increase the chances of winning. Intermediate mana cards are ranked among the most important since they are used frequently. And finally there are the low mana ones that sometimes do not seem like they were legendary since they are not powerful or important. For Splinterlands masters, these cards are important since they discover that they are specific support cards for certain games. The Gladius also have this type of cards and today we will learn about one of them.
Las cartas Gladius son monstruos que tienen la habilidad BLOODLUST, pueden ser comunes, raras, épicas o legendarias, ser de los elementos fuego, agua, tierra, vida, muerte, dragón o neutro y solamente se obtienen luego de abrir los packs GLADIUS CASE.
Generalmente las cartas legendarias se caracterizan por tener bastante maná y por lo tanto serian las mas poderosas del juego pero debido al alto maná solo se pueden usar en determinadas partidas y si las tienes disponible aumentas las posibilidades de obtener la victoria. Las cartas de maná intermedio estan catalogadas entre las mas importantes ya que se usan frecuentemente. Y por último estan las de bajo maná que algunas veces no parece que fueran legendarias ya que no son poderosas ni importantes. Para los maestros de splinterlands estas cartas si son importantes ya que descubren que son cartas de apoyo específicas para determinadas partidas. Las Gladius también tienen este tipo de cartas y hoy conoceremos una de ellas.
This time we will study one of the legendary low-mana GLADIUS cards, JINI GUISE. In my personal opinion this is a support card since it has a weak magic attack (+1), moderate amount of health (+5), no armor (+0), low speed (+2) and maintains these numbers since level 1 to level 4, that is, it never increases its statistics. What makes this card legendary is the combination of skills it acquires at each level, providing +2 defense points to all its allies from level 1. And of course, as it is a Gladius card from level 1 it has the Bloodlust skill. So, this card really starts to be important in the later levels but we know that it is not easy to acquire legendary Gladius cards and in the meantime we could only use it as a support card.
En esta oportunidad estudiaremos a una de las cartas GLADIUS legendarias de bajo maná, JINI GUISE. En mi opinión personal esta es una carta de apoyo ya que tiene un ataque mágico débil (+1), moderada cantidad de salud (+5), no posee armadura (+0), velocidad baja (+2) y mantiene estos números desde el nivel 1 hasta el nivel 4, es decir nunca aumenta sus estadísticas. Lo que la hace que esta carta sea legendaria es la combinación de habilidades que va adquiriendo en cada nivel, aportando +2 puntos de defensa a todos sus aliados desde el nivel 1. Y por supuesto, como es una carta Gladius desde el nivel 1 tiene la habilidad Bloodlust. Entonces, realmente esta carta comienza a ser importante en los últimos niveles pero sabemos que no es facil adquirir cartas Gladius legendarias y mientras tanto sólo podriamos usarla como una carta de apoyo.
"Jini comes from the small Anumun village of Palavan. At the age of 20 she traveled to Praetoria and now competes as a gladiator. She is not a strong fighter but uses techniques and tricks to gain advantages over her opponents." Let's see how this card is used.
Skills:
PROTEC: All friendly units gain +2 armor.
"Jini proviene de la pequeña aldea Anumun de Palavan. A la edad de 20 años viajo a Praetoria y ahora compite como gladiadora. No es una peleadora fuerte pero utiliza técnicas y artimañas para lograr ventajas frente a sus oponentes". Veamos como se usa esta carta.
Habilidades:
PROTEC: Todas las unidades amigas obtienen +2 de armadura.
The protec ability turns JINI GUISE into a support card, protecting all friendly cards from melee attacks and ranged attacks with +2 armor.
Below is a Brawl attack showing this ability with the Gladius card JINI GUISE.
La habilidad protec convierte a JINI GUISE en una carta de apoyo protegiendo todas las cartas aliadas de los ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y ataques a distancia con +2 de armadura.

As you can see, just before the battle begins, all friendly cards get +2 armor, therefore, JINI GUISE, who does not have armor, actually due to his own ability also receives +2 armor.
Because it is a Gladius card, it has the ability called BLOODLUST
Como se puede observar justo antes de que comience la batalla todas las cartas aliadas obtienen +2 de armadura, por lo tanto, JINI GUISE que no posee armadura, realmente debido a su propia habilidad recibe tambien +2 de armadura.
Por ser una carta Gladius posee la habilidad llamada BLOODLUST
BLOODLUST: every time a monster with BLOODLUST defeats an opponent all its stats are increased (that is to say, magic, speed, defense and health will all go up automatically +1). As a consequence, as the battle progresses, it will become more and more fearsome in its attack.
Below is a Brawl attack with the Gladius card JINI GUISE.
BLOODLUST: cada vez que un monstruo con BLOODLUST derrota a un oponente todas sus estadísticas aumentan (es decir magia, velocidad, defensa y salud, todas subirán automáticamente +1). Como consecuencia a medida que avanza la batalla cada vez será mas temible en su ataque.
A continuación se muestra un ataque de las Brawl mostrando esta habilidad con la carta Gladius JINI GUISE.
JINI GUISE starts to be an important card as it levels up. At level 2 he acquires the blind ability and as a consequence, all enemy melee and ranged attacks have a 15% greater chance of missing their target. At level 3 it acquires silence, reducing the magic attack of all enemy units by 1 point. And finally, resurrect, when a unit dies it returns it to life with 1 point of health, activating only once per battle.
JINI GUISE comienza a ser una carta importante a medida que sube de nivel. En el nivel 2 adquiere la habilidad blind y como consecuencia, todos los ataques enemigos cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia tienen 15% mas de probabilidad de fallar a su objetivo. En el nivel 3 adquiere silence, reduciendo en 1 punto el ataque mágico de todas las unidades enemigas. Y por último, resurrect, cuando una unidad muere la devuelve a la vida con 1 punto de salud, activandose sólo una vez por batalla.

Tremenda carta legendaria es esa, se parece a queen micelia solo que esta tiene la ventaja del bloodlust aunque se pone más interesante es al nivel 3.
