[EN/PT] Amazing battle! Streamer Challenge

Hello Splinter Fanatics!

Splinterlands is much more than just a card game built on the blockchain. @splinterlands manages to connect people from all over the world through its ecosystem.

And one of the ways that Splinterlands has been connecting players is through @splinterlandstv, where the game is promoted by various Streamers from around the world. At the time of writing this post, I am with a second screen following SplinterlandsTV on Twitch.

They are lives relaxed as there are a diversity of Streamers from all over the world. And while we are entertained with excitement and surprises there are giveaways of Splinterlands cards, every month there is a new promotion.

This month, the event Monster May-hem , each Streamer draws 5 random cards during his broadcast, which lasts between 1 and 2 hours, on the Splinterlands account monster.may-hem. Below is a sample of some cards that are being drawn, and you may be the lucky one to win some of them.

In addition, there are extraordinary draws that some more fortunate Streamers hold with their own accounts. And some of them accept challenges, where the viewer asks the Streamer for a battle through Splinterlands. If, he wins he can receive some prize from that Streamer.

I was participating in a live and the Streamer released the moment for challenges. So I made my Gold League battle request and entered my IGN. It was the first time I had participated in a live battle against a Streamer. Wish me luck!

Before the battle began, the Rule Set was presented: Equal Opportunity and Fire & Regret , plus 53 mana and the available life and death Splinter.

Due to the Ruleset and especially the Equal Opportunity , where all monsters gain the Opportunity ability, I opted to choose the Life Splinter because it has great monster options for this situation. These are cards that have plenty of armor and speed, in addition to healing and armor repair abilities. My opponent Streamer, opted to choose the Death Splinter, despite being live it has a delay of about 10 seconds and I set up my team much earlier than my opponent.

Below follows our escalation strategy:

CARD	STRATEGY
	In the first position I ranked URIEL THE PURIFIER,who has plenty of armor and health. His ability Recharge is his biggest weakness, as he builds up his attack and cannot attack for a round.
	In the second position I climbed GOBLIN MECH who also possesses plenty of Health and Armorale , as well as his powerful Melee attack which, combined with his Piercing ability, pierces any enemy's guards.
	In the third position, I have scaled SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN who has a Double Strike attack due to his Double Strike ability , in addition to his Sneak ability .
	Immediately after, I climbed DJINN RENOVA who has Magic damage and the Triage ability , which is an important ability when it is intended to restore the health of the monsters in the rear.
	I then scaled DEFENDER OF TRUTH another magic damage card that has the Protect ability, which adds +2 armor to all monsters.
	Finally, I ranked SACRED UNICORN which has melee damage and Piercing, Heal and Trample abilities. It is an excellent monster to be in the last position because of its healing ability and also for this rule that gives Opportunity.

My opponent chose ASTRAL ENTITY Summoner, which takes away (-2) armor and also adds the ability Dogde to all allies, which increases the possibility of losing attacks. What impressed me most was that the opponent used the new dual element card, ZYRIEL. This will be an interesting battle!

At the beginning of the battle I thought I would lose the battle, as we lost more monsters than our opponent. However, due to the healing abilities of URIEL THE PURIFIER and SACRED UNICORN, and the armor repair ability and Triage of our summoner CHANSEUS THE GREAT, they were enough to resist the enemy attacks. One fact that made this battle difficult was the damage loss (miss) due to the enemy Summoner's Dodge ability.

In the end, we got the victory and the Streamer awarded me with a gold foil card worth $0.60, FLYING SQUID. Which he himself bought in the game's market and sent to my account.

As I would not use this card, I decided to sell and upgrade the same card in the regular version, from level 5 to level 6. For, this card gains an excellent ability Blind , which increases the probability of the opponent losing melee and ranged attacks.

E uma das formas que Splinterlands tem feito para conectar os jogadores é através do @splinterlandstv, onde o jogo é promovido por diversos Streamers de diversas partes do mundo. No momento em que escrevo este post, estou com uma segunda tela acompanhando SplinterlandsTV na Twitch.

São lives descontraídas, pois há uma diversidade de Streamers de todas as partes do mundo. E enquanto somos entretidos com animação e surpresas existem giveaways de cartas de Splinterlands, todos os meses há uma nova promoção.

Esse mês, está acontecendo o evento Monster May-hem , cada Streamer sorteia 5 cartas aleatórias durante sua transmissão que dura entre 1 a 2 horas, na conta Splinterlands monster.may-hem. Abaixo segue uma amostra de algumas cartas que estão sendo sorteadas e você pode ser o sortudo em ganha algumas delas.

Além disso, há sorteios extraordinários que alguns Streamers, mais afortunados, realizam com suas próprias contas. E alguns deles aceitam desafios, onde o espectador solicita ao Streamer uma batalha através de Splinterlands. Caso, vença pode receber algum prémio desse Streamer.

Estava participando de uma live e o Streamer liberou o momento para desafios. Então, fiz minha solicitação de batalha na Liga Gold e inserir meu IGN. Foi a primeira vez que tinha participado de uma batalha ao vivo contra um Streamer. Mim desejem sorte!

Antes do inicio da batalha, o Conjunto de Regras foi apresentado: Equal Opportunity e Fire & Regret , além de 53 de mana e os Splinter de vida e morte disponíveis.

Devido ao Conjunto de Regras e principalmente a Equal Opportunity , onde todos os monstros ganham a habilidade Opportunity optei por escolher o Splinter de Vida, pois ele possui ótimas opções de monstros para essa situação. São cartas que tem bastante armadura e velocidade, além das habilidades de cura e reparação de armadura. Meu oponente Streamer, optou por escolher o splinter de Morte, apesar de ser ao vivo ao live tem um delay de cerca de 10 segundos e eu montei meu time bem antes do que meu oponente.

Abaixo segue nossa estratégia de escalação:

	Na primeira posição escalei URIEL THE PURIFIER,que possui bastante armadura e saúde. A sua habilidade Recharge é sua maior fraqueza, pois ele acumula seu ataque e não pode atacar durante uma rodada.
	Na segunda posição escalei GOBLIN MECH que também possui bastante Saúde e Armadura , além de seu poderoso ataque Melee que combinando com sua habilidade Piercing , perfura as proteções de qualquer inimigo.
	Na terceira posição, escalei SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN que possui ataque Melee duplo devido sua habilidade Double Strike , além da sua habilidade Sneak .
	Logo após, escalei DJINN RENOVA que possui dano Mágico e a habilidade Triage , que é uma importante habilidade quando se tem a intenção de restaurar a saúde dos monstros da retaguarda.
	Em seguida escalei DEFENDER OF TRUTH outra carta de dano mágico que possui a habilidade Protect, que adciona +2 de armadura a todos os monstros.
	Por fim, escalei SACRED UNICORN que possui dano melee e as habilidade Piercing, Heal e Trample. É um excelente monstro para ficar na última posição devido sua habilidade de cura e também para esta regra que dar Opportunity.

Meu oponente escolheu o Invocador ASTRAL ENTITY, que retira (-2) de armadura e ainda adciona a habilidade Dogde a todos os aliados, o que aumenta a possibilidade de perder ataques. O que mais me impressionou foi o oponente ter usado a nova carta de duplo elemento, ZYRIEL. Esta será uma batalha interessante!

No início da batalha pensei que perderia a batalha, pois perdemos mais monstros que nosso oponente. Porém, devido as habilidades de Cura de URIEL THE PURIFIER e SACRED UNICORN, além das habilidade de reparação de armadura e Triage do nosso invocador CHANSEUS THE GREAT, foram suficientes para resistir ao ataques inimigos. Um fato que tornou esta batalha díficil foram as perdas de dano (miss) devido a habilidade Dodge do Invocador inimigo.

Ao final, obtivemos a vitória e o Streamer mim premiou com uma carta gold foil no valor de $0.60, FLYING SQUID. Que ele mesmo comprou no market do jogo e enviou para minha conta.

Como não iria usar esta carta resolvi vender e upar a mesma carta na versão regular, do nivel 5 para o nível 6. Pois, está carta ganha uma excelente habilidade Blind , que aumenta a probabilidade do oponente perde ataques melee e ranged.
