The biggest thing a new person can do is go out and find other new people. Form a private group with each other and share what they learned many times a week with each other. Than grow together.
Blockchains can be lonely places with an endless amount of things to learn and do. Without having a group of people around you it can be easy to get lost and give up.

Well, they're different ways to grow on Hive but the best way is always by engaging on-chain.
Sharing lessons within a private group isn't a bad idea. Still, it's not enough to just share those lessons. Change and growth come when a person takes action.
