Splinterlands Art Contest Week 240: Cthulhu

Hello summoners!!!

I have not had the chance to play splinterlands in a while, been crazy busy!!

However, during my downtime, I've been diving headfirst into the world of AI-generated art, and let me tell you, it's been wild 😱

I've been tinkering with all kinds of services: stable diffusion, leonardo.ai, midjourney, and I've gotta say, the results are insane. The potential for creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces is limitless, and the process has been a blast. I'm also super intrigued by the intersection of AI and blockchain, and I believe this is just the beginning of an exciting new frontier 😎

MIND=BLOWN

But enough talk, let's get down to business. I'm thrilled to showcase my latest works for the #240 Art Challenge. I'm confident that this stuff will wow you, and I can't wait to see the awesome submissions from everyone else

For my first work I decided to go with Cthulhu since it's always been one of my favourite cards to play

In my first attempt I just used this prompt

Cthulhu --ar 9:16 --ar 16:9 --no text, watermark --s 1000 --q 2 --chaos 30 --v 5.1

The results were beautiful, but they did not really fit my vision of what I had in mind for this art so next I tried

epic Cthulhu rising from the ocean --ar 16:9 --no text, watermark --s 1000 --q 2 --chaos 30 --v 5.1

Now this is a lot closer to what I had in mind, but I think the vertical aspect ratio was better, and a few more blue sigils would help seal the deal for my lovely monster

epic Cthulhu rising from the ocean, sigils --ar 9:16 --ar 16:9 --no text, watermark --s 1000 --q 2 --chaos 30 --v 5.1

and there I found it, the one in the top left! Perfect! I upscaled it, and here is the final result !

thanks for checking out my post and good luck to everyone who is participating!
