Happy new year friends, I'm so glad that we are all able to meet again in the new year. I'm again with my first entry for the year 2024 there would be many others to come. My entry for this week is a character from the Rebellion pack which is called the Endless Ape. I'm glad to be among the few to explore these new splinterlands Rebellion cards. This character is just like a Gorilla warrior, i just love the creativity behind this character. Ape are one of the closet animals to human in some area, to understand more you could see the movie "Planet Ape".

Endless Ape

I started the drawing with a rough sketch which I started to shade from the left eyes also using my 10B pencil to drawing out the lines and curves. I gradually made my way to the second eye through the nose, added the ears, mouth. Before drawing out the mouth i love drawing out the forehead and hair so i did that and went on to draw out the mouth. Picking what technique to use in other to generate a particular effect was actually difficult but I had some experience with graphite pencils. Then I went on to draw out the chin, hair and body. I can't wait to try out more characters
