Participación para el concurso de arte 261 de Splinterlands, inspirado en el Prince Julian [Esp/Eng].

Muy buenas a todos, esta semana vengo a participar en el Splinterlands Art Contest Week 261, con mi dibujo, el cual me gusto mucho, inspirado en el Prince Julian.

Hello everyone, this week I am here to participate in the Splinterlands Art Contest Week 261, with my drawing, which I liked very much, inspired by Prince Julian.

La inspiración para mi dibujo es el nft de #splinterlands, el Prince Julian,un personaje que es hijo del difunto dragón de la sabiduría de antaño y por consiguiente, más sagrado que cualquiera de las reliquias o tomos de Gloridax. También es conocido como un personaje privilegiado del famoso Clan Huriax, con un desarrollo de inteligencia, ingenio y agudeza constante.

The inspiration for my drawing is the nft of #splinterlands, Prince Julian,a character who is the son of the late dragon of wisdom of old and therefore more sacred than any of the relics or tomes of Gloridax. He is also known as a privileged character of the famous Huriax Clan, with a development of constant intelligence, wit and wit.

Cuando vi este personaje y leí su lore, he de condesar que me dio ganas de saber un poco mas de él, después de todo, los privilegiados también cuentan con sus nemesis o con personas cercanas a las que deben respetar. Teniendo esto en mente me dispuse a crear una escena, donde el rey o alguien lo suficientemente fuerte fastidiara al joven Prince Julian.

When I saw this character and read his lore, I have to admit that it made me want to know a little more about him, after all, the privileged also have their nemesis or close people they must respect. With this in mind I set out to create a scene, where the king or someone strong enough to annoy the young Prince Julian.

Este es el proceso del dibujo.

This is the drawing process.

Empece haciéndolo parecer atrapado he incomodo, obviamente teniendo en cuenta su figura regordeta y pequeña.

I started by making him look trapped and uncomfortable, obviously considering his chubby, petite figure. 

Para la mano que lo sostiene yo tenia varias ideas, ya de hacerlo con la apariencia de un dragón o la semi-apariencia, a la final me decidí por algo mas tranquilo, como la mano de una mayor que intimidara por diversión al joven Prince Julian.

For the hand that holds it I had several ideas, whether to do it with the appearance of a dragon or the semi-appearance, in the end I decided on something calmer, like the hand of an elder that would intimidate the young Prince Julian for fun.

En esta etapa lo disfrace con su túnica característica.

At this stage I dressed him up in his characteristic tunic. 

El remarcado del dibujo no me convenció mucho, es decir, me gusto pero no me quedo como quería, pero aun lo deje así.

The highlighting of the drawing didn't convince me much, that is, I liked it but it didn't look the way I wanted, but I still left it like that.

En este proceso de coloreado no sabia con darle el efecto de movilidad a la tela de la túnica, por lo que empece con tonos claros para ir detallando con mas oscuros después.

In this coloring process I didn't know how to give the effect of mobility to the fabric of the tunic, so I started with light tones to go detailing with darker ones later.

Para finalizar mi dibujo, le hice unos sombras con el color negro y repace algunos colores.

To finish my drawing, I made some shadows with black color and repainted some colors.

Quiero destacar que esta idea se me antojo, pues me da ternura como un pequeño tan inteligente y 'poderoso' puede ser fácilmente fastidiado por su mayor.

I want to point out that this idea struck a chord with me, because it gives me tenderness how such an intelligent and 'powerful' little one can be easily annoyed by his eldest.
