I. No such thing as a free lunch
For those wondering what the catch was to the DAO getting 50% of the profits here it is. A couple of day after rebellion here we are getting tapped up for 60k
II. Runway runway runway
At the moment many of us are sat on investments in the game that are underwater. We have the CEO saying runway is an issue. I want to know how much runway this position is going to get us. Any position the DOA employs should be performance mangaged based on runaway expansion. Im not interested in anything else at the moment, as if you run out of runway my assests are worthless.
III. Nepotism
Is this proposal even legal ? What about a full job description. What about a full personal spec? Or maybe an advert for the job? Performance managment process? What about a shortlisting and interview process where the DOA is actually involved. Employ the best person for the job. How do we evaluate whether 60k is fair.
I could go on. This proposal stinks to high heaven of insider dealings.
