Hello how are you friends, I hope you are very well, I have returned to share with you my entry to the Spliterlands 248 contest, this time with a drawing of the Goblin Sorcerer card, the style that I have used to carry out my fan art is the streetart style, which I had not used in my drawings for many years, and which I like for its versatility and use of colors. I have made a Goblin Sorcerer in a macabre way that resembles a witch and at the same time a clown, in his hat I added a rattle ball like the ones used by harlequins in the high middle ages. Hola que tal amigos, espero que esten muy bien, he regresado para compartir con ustedes mi entrada al concurso 248 de Spliterlands, en esta oportunidad con un dibujo de la carta Goblin Sorcerer, el estilo que he utilizado para llevar a cabo mi fan art es el estilo streetart, el cual tenía muchos años sin utilizar en mis dibujos, y el cual me gusta por su versatilidad y el uso de colores. He realizado a Goblin Sorcerer de una forma macabra que tenga el parecido a una bruja y a la vez un payaso, en su gorro agregué una bola de cascabel como los que usaban los arlequines en la alta edad media. PROCESS

A long time ago I did a caricature drawing course, in this style of drawing the facial features of a person are usually highlighted and exaggerated with the purpose of making fun, so using this style I made a sketch where the most important thing to highlight is their Goblin's face, especially his nose, eyes, and ears.

Hace mucho tiempo hice un curso de dibujo de caricaturas, en este estilo de dibujo se suelen resaltar y exagerar los rasgos faciales de una persona con el propósito de burlarse, así que usando este estilo hice un boceto donde lo más importante a resaltar es en su totalidad el rostro de Goblin, especialmente su nariz, sus ojos y sus orejas.

To paint the entire face I use the full range of green colors to give volume and also brown tones so that the volume looks better with the contrast between lights and shadows, the goal is to paint it a bit semi-realistic and make it look like a cartoon

Para pintar todo el rostro utilizo toda la gama de colores verdes para dar volumen y tambien tonos café para que el volumen se vea mejor con el contraste entre luces y sombras, el objetivo es pintarlo un poco semi realista y que se vea a su vez como una caricatura

Next, I cover the entire face with the tones that I mentioned before, trying to make the shadows look very good and mark the lines of expression, which in this case is a big devilish smile. I also paint the eyes yellow and the edges with a little orange and at the end I make some small lines to make them look like cat eyes.

Seguidamente voy cubriendo todo el rostro con los tonos que mencioné anteriormente, tratando de que las sombras se vean muy bien y marquen las líneas de expresión, que en este caso es una gran sonrisa diabólica. También pinto los ojos de color amarillo y los bordes con un poco naranja y al final hago unas pequeñas líneas para que parezcan ojos de gato.

Then I am doing what would be the lower part of the face, which would be the mouth and teeth, I made the latter very large and crooked, as they are usually drawn in graffiti, in the same way I painted the entire missing area of ​​the face including the left ear that remained visible.

Después voy haciendo lo que sería la parte inferior del rostro, que sería la boca y los dientes, estos últimos los hice bien grandes y torcidos, como suelen dibujarse en los grafitis, de la misma forma fui pintando toda la zona que faltaba del rostro incluyendo la oreja izquierda que quedó visible.

I also drew a hat, like I said before I did it like a harlequin style, with a rattle ball at the end, the Goblin's face looks like it came out of a jack-in-the-box. I also made some letters with the name to make it look like a whole street art and I put very bright colors on it. This is how I ended the Goblin Sorcerer fan art.

También dibujé un gorro, como dije antes lo hice como el estilo de un arlequin, con una bola de cascabel al final, el rostro de Goblin tiene aspecto de haber salido de una caja de sorpresas. También hice unas letras con el nombre para que se viera como todo un arte callejero y le puse colores muy vivos. Así di por finalizado el fan art de Goblin Sorcerer.

FINAL WORK

This is how it was finished, in the middle of the drawing, as always happens to me, I didn't know what the hell I was doing, but little by little they took shape and thus I achieved the expected result. I have adapted very well to continue participating in the contest since the variety of cards allows me to use all my skills and styles, as well as learn some new things. I say goodbye to you until a new opportunity, very happy to be able to share.

Así quedó finalizado, a mitad del dibujo, como siempre me pasa, no sabía que diablos estaba haciendo, pero poco a poco fuen tomando forma y así logre el resultado esperado. Me he adaptado muy bien para seguir participando en el concurso ya que la variedad de cartas me permite utilizar todas mis habilidades y estilos, así como el aprender algunas cosas nuevas.
