I believe there actually might be some interesting opportunities with common land plots, when people focus so much on the more "profitable" plots at first. Depending on how low the value of common plots drops, I will probably load up a few and throw some workers at them. !1UP

I think you likely very right!
There could be a blood on the streets scenario where whales dump their low value Plots. It will be a great time for long term speculators.

Is this where we are at today? 37k DEC for a common plot with BiB, 50k DEC for a rare plot with BiB.
PLOT has fallen to $70 despite us being so close to launch. I don't want to underestimate how irrational markets can be. We could still see prices go lower. At least I think we are close to a bottom. I think many Whales could be planning to use the funds from low value Plots to earn from the Legendary and Occupied Plots. It makes financial sense for them to dump the Plots on market. They can make more money by using their Land to maximum capacity instead of HODLing everything.

The main thing that is stopping me at the moment is my desire to not be a freeloader. I know that I don't have enough DEC for all my Plots. I know that I prefer to keep myself spread across Praetoria just in case. Pandon Reach isn't full by the time I have enough DEC to fully utilize my Plots, I will swap few more.
Aha! Well we appreciate that - keep us in mind for as active as you are able to be.
And yes, the sucking sound in and around the DEC markets is becoming apparent - things are starting to move!
