Hello, Splinterlands and Alien Art community! Today, I’m making a quick appearance due to limited time, but I still managed to create something with a few special details. I present to you my new entry featuring Possessed Puppet.

My version adds an extra layer of detail, depicting a demon emerging from within the puppet’s layers. With its hands, it tears an opening in its own body, revealing additional eerie apparitions with sharp teeth. One of its hands holds a knife, symbolizing cruelty and malice.

Hola, comunidad de Splinterlands y Alien Art. Hoy hago una rápida aparición debido a la falta de tiempo, pero aun así me animé a crear algo con algunos detalles especiales. Les presento mi nueva participación con Possessed Puppet.

Mi versión añade un nivel extra de detalle, representando a un demonio que emerge desde las capas de las muñecas. Con sus manos, desgarra una abertura en su propio cuerpo, y desde su abdomen surgen más apariciones con dientes afilados. Además, una de sus manos sostiene un cuchillo, simbolizando la crueldad y la malicia.

I started by creating an antique ceramic doll and used a brush to generate the illusion of depth, simulating a crack. Within this opening, I placed the face of a demon along with its hands, which were previously cut out and converted into PNG. The key detail was positioning them along the edges of the fracture to create the impression that the demon is tearing through the ceramic layers from within. Additionally, the glow of its eyes needed to cast light on certain areas to maximize detail and enhance the overall atmosphere of the composition.

Partí creando una muñeca antigua de cerámica y, con un pincel, generé la ilusión de profundidad simulando una rotura. En esta abertura, coloqué el rostro de un demonio junto con sus manos, previamente recortadas y convertidas en PNG. El detalle clave fue ubicarlas en los bordes de la fractura para dar la impresión de que el demonio está desgarrando las capas de cerámica desde dentro. Además, el resplandor de sus ojos debía proyectarse sobre ciertas áreas para maximizar los detalles y realzar la atmósfera de la composición.

If you look closely, the color of her dress was also altered to better fit the eerie and sinister atmosphere of the piece. This change helps to unify the composition and enhance the overall visual impact. After adjusting the tones, I incorporated a demonic smile on her belly, reinforcing the unsettling concept of the entity breaking through her form. This feature strengthens the illusion of the hand emerging directly from her abdomen, gripping a knife, which serves as a clear representation of malice and cruelty.

To bring more depth and realism to the scene, I carefully worked on the shadows, using multiple layers and specialized tools to refine the details. Each shadow was strategically placed to add dimension and create a stronger contrast between the elements. In the final phase of the process, I darkened the overall layers, allowing the highlights to stand out more vividly. This technique emphasized the eerie glow of pink and green tones subtly radiating from behind the figure, adding a mystical yet menacing touch to the composition.

Si te fijas bien, el color de su vestido también se ha modificado para que encaje mejor con la atmósfera inquietante y siniestra de la obra. Este cambio ayuda a unificar la composición y realza el impacto visual general. Tras ajustar los tonos, incorporé una sonrisa demoníaca en su vientre, reforzando el inquietante concepto de la entidad que atraviesa su forma. Este rasgo refuerza la ilusión de la mano que emerge directamente de su abdomen, empuñando un cuchillo, que sirve como clara representación de malicia y crueldad.

Para dar más profundidad y realismo a la escena, trabajé cuidadosamente las sombras, utilizando varias capas y herramientas especializadas para perfeccionar los detalles. Cada sombra se colocó estratégicamente para añadir dimensión y crear un mayor contraste entre los elementos. En la fase final del proceso, oscurecí todas las capas para que las luces resaltaran con más intensidad. Esta técnica acentuó el inquietante resplandor de tonos rosas y verdes que irradiaba sutilmente desde detrás de la figura, añadiendo un toque místico y amenazador a la composición.
