Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge: Unprotected [ENG-ESP]

A new week and a new Splinterlands challenge, this time the selected Battle Rule is: Unprotected and this rule is that all cards that have shield points will be removed, as well as those summoners or cards that can grant shield points (armor), will have no effect. Therefore, these are the two battles today with the Unprotected Battle Rule:

In these two battles I used two different strategies, but that in the end have given me extremely positive results, being this first battle conformed by cards of the DEATH deck and occupying most of the positions cards of the Rank Attack type. The strategy was as follows: In first position I placed: CURSED WINDEKU, this is a Melee card that I really like to use, in terms of stats is very strong in every way, also my idea of having chosen this card in first position derives from its usefulness thanks to its ability "Thorns", since because the cards may not have any kind of "armor", this makes the Melee cards that attack CURSED WINDEKU, suffer due to its ability. The next four positions are composed by cards of the Rank Attack type, being the first of them and occupying the second position: HAUNTED SPIDER, a card that I like to use since its ability "Poison" can become something of utmost importance, being able to infect the cards of my opponent and thus decrease their life points in each turn. In third position is: OCTOPIDER, since its ability "Demoralize" could be of great help to me to reduce the attack of the Melee cards of my opponent, in addition, OCTOPIDER is a card that in general terms is quite strong.

In fourth position is: DARK FERRYMAN, I don't really remember for what purpose I used this card, but DARK FERRYMAN is a card whose mana cost is comparable to its stats, that is, this is a card that for its low mana cost has really good stats and is worth using when you have little amount of mana. In penultimate position and being the last card of the Rank Attack type in this formation is: LIRA THE DARK, a pretty good card, with good stats which makes it quite powerful, especially its speed points, being this the fastest card of my formation thanks to its six (6) points of speed. And in last position is the only card of the Magic Attack type of this formation and that card is: DJINN MUIRAT, a very powerful card, it has very good stats and also extremely useful abilities, it is one of the best cards of the DEATH deck.

BATTLE 1

In this second battle as it is evident that I used a strategy made up of cards from the LIFE deck and this, unlike the strategy of the first battle, was totally improvised and I was placing and choosing the cards as I thought they were going to be useful and in the end the result was more than positive, the strategy being as follows: In first position I placed: WARRIOR OF PEACE, a card that does not have any attack stats, but it is a card that has a large amount of life points, so it is quite useful to be placed in first position, it is also a card that has the ability "Demoralize", just in case my opponent uses any card of the Melee type. In second position is: LUMINOUS EAGLE, a card that serves for the frontal attack thanks to its ability "Reach", this is a card that although I think it's pretty good, I think its six (6) points of mana cost, maybe it's a little high. In the next two positions are composed by cards of the Rank Attack type, being the first of them: WAR PEGASUS, a card that could be one of my favorites of the Rank Attack type, it is a fairly complete card in all its stats and a card that I like to use quite a lot.

In fourth position is the second card of the Rank Attack type of this formation, which is: VENARI CRYSTALSMITH, this is a card that I love to use, because besides having a low mana cost, it also has one of the most useful abilities of Splinterlands (according to me): "Tank Heal", VENARI CRYSTALSMITH is one of those cards that almost never fails in my strategies where the amount of mana is quite reduced. Accompanying VENARI CRYSTALSMITH in terms of ability, in penultimate position is: DIVINE HEALER, which as its name suggests, is a card that also has the ability "Tank Heal", this is a card of the Magic Attack type, which despite not being very strong offensively, is a pretty good "support card". And in last position is: PELACOR CONJURER, which I placed in this position to fulfill the role of "rear guard", since this card does not have offensive stats, but it does have a decent amount of life points.

BATTLE 2

Una nueva semana y un nuevo reto de Splinterlands, esta vez la Regla de Batalla Seleccionada es: Unprotected y esta regla consiste en que todas las cartas que posean puntos de escudo se les será eliminado, así como también aquellos invocadores o cartas que puedan otorgar puntos de escudo (armadura), no tendrán ningún efecto. Por lo tanto, estas son las dos batallas del dia hoy con la Regla de Batalla Unprotected:

En estas dos batallas utilice dos estrategias distintas, pero que al final me han dado resultados sumamente positivos, siendo esta primera batalla conformada por cartas del mazo DEATH y ocupando la mayoría de las posiciones cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango. La estrategia fue la siguiente: En primera posición coloque a: CURSED WINDEKU, esta es una carta Melee que me gusta mucho utilizar, en términos de stats es muy fuerte en todos los sentidos, además mi idea de haber elegido a esta carta en primera posición deriva de su utilidad gracias a su habilidad “Thorns”, ya que debido a que las cartas no podrán tener ningún tipo de “armadura”, esto hace que las cartas Melee que ataquen a CURSED WINDEKU, sufran debido a su habilidad. En las siguientes cuatro posiciones están compuestas por cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango, siendo la primera de ellas y ocupando la segunda posición se encuentra: HAUNTED SPIDER, una carta que me gusta utilizar ya que su habilidad “Poison” puede llegar a ser algo de suma importancia, al poder infectar a las cartas de mi contrincante y de esta forma menguar sus puntos de vida en cada turno. En tercera posición se encuentra: OCTOPIDER, ya que su habilidad “Demoralize” me podría ser de gran ayuda al poder reducir el ataque de las cartas Melee de mi contrincante, además, OCTOPIDER es una carta que en términos generales es bastante fuerte.

En cuarta posición se encuentra: DARK FERRYMAN, realmente no recuerdo con cual finalidad utilice a esta carta, pero a su vez DARK FERRYMAN es una carta que cuyo coste de mana es equiparable a sus stats, es decir, esta es una carta que para su bajo costo de mana tiene unos stats realmente buenos y vale la pena utilizar cuando se cuenta con poca cantidad de mana. En penúltima posición y siendo la última carta del tipo Ataque de Rango en esta formación se encuentra: LIRA THE DARK, una carta bastante buena, con buenos stats la cual la hace bastante poderosa, especialmente sus puntos de velocidad, siendo esta la carta más rápida de mi formación gracias a sus seis (6) puntos de velocidad. Y en última posición se encuentra la única carta del tipo Ataque Mágico de esta formación y esa carta es: DJINN MUIRAT, una carta bastante poderosa, posee muy buenos stats y así como también habilidades extremadamente útiles, es una de las mejores cartas del mazo DEATH.

BATTLE 1

En esta segunda batalla como es evidente que utilice una estrategia conformada por cartas del mazo LIFE y esta, a diferencia de la estrategia de la primera batalla, fue totalmente improvisada e iba colocando y eligiendo las cartas según yo pensaba que me fuesen a ser de utilidad y al final el resultado fue más que positivo, siendo la estrategia la siguiente: En primera posición coloque a: WARRIOR OF PEACE, una carta que no posee ningún tipo de stats de ataque, pero es una carta que cuenta con una gran cantidad de puntos de vida, por lo que es bastante útil para ser colocada en primera posición, además es una carta que posee la habilidad “Demoralize”, por si acaso mi contrincante utiliza alguna carta del tipo Melee. En segunda posición se encuentra: LUMINOUS EAGLE, una carta que sirve para el ataque frontal gracias a su habilidad “Reach”, esta es una carta que aunque me parece bastante buena, creo que sus seis (6) puntos de coste de mana, quizás sea un poco elevado. En las dos siguientes posiciones están compuestas por cartas del tipo Ataque de Rango, siendo la primera de ellas: WAR PEGASUS, una carta que podría ser una de mis favoritas del tipo Ataque de Rango, es una carta bastante completa en todos sus stats y una carta que me gusta bastante utilizar.

En cuarta posición se encuentra la segunda carta del tipo Ataque de Rango de esta formación, la cual es: VENARI CRYSTALSMITH, esta es una carta que me encanta utilizar, ya que además de tener un bajo coste de mana, también cuenta con una de las habilidades más útiles de Splinterlands (según yo): “Tank Heal”, VENARI CRYSTALSMITH es de esas cartas que casi nunca falla en mis estrategias donde la cantidad de mana es bastante reducida. Acompañando a VENARI CRYSTALSMITH en términos de habilidad, en penúltima posición se encuentra: DIVINE HEALER, que como bien su nombre lo indica, es una carta que también cuenta con la habilidad “Tank Heal”, esta es una carta del tipo Ataque Mágico, que a pesar de no ser muy fuerte ofensivamente, es una “carta soporte” bastante buena. Y en última posición se encuentra: PELACOR CONJURER, la cual coloque en esta posición para cumplir el rol de “protector de la retaguardia”, ya que esta carta no cuenta con stats ofensivos, pero si cuenta con una decente cantidad de puntos de vida.
