Splinterlands: My plans for this year [ENG-ESP]

While my journey in Splinterlands has not been something spectacular, I have managed to accomplish many goals that I have had in mind since I have been playing this game since 2018, however, I have to admit also that some things I have mismanaged over the years and I have decided that this year (2024), would be the year where I would try to improve not only as a player of Splinterlands, but also as a collector, since it is time to make a big improvement in my entire deck of cards, so that in this way I can reach better positions in the leagues, as well as I have also been thinking about participating in tournaments, which many of them can be of great help for such improvement, plus I have not participated in a lathe for quite some time and I think it's time to do it.

With the new addition of Rebellion cards I consider it a great opportunity to improve my deck, I have in mind several cards that would fit very well with my play style and especially because they are really good cards that will improve a lot the game mechanics of Splinterlands. Last year I had to sell two of my first gold legendary cards from my collection, with what I got I was able to buy some cards I needed, but the remaining I got from that sale I have been managing it and I have also been waiting for HIVE to have a good price increase to sell so I can improve my deck, I want to be able to reach diamond this year, just like I did some seasons ago, currently I am in the SILVER league, although I can easily fight in the GOLD league, since my cards are strong enough to fight with moderate ease in that league (GOLD), however, the only drawback I have is that my amount of SPS is too little to get the necessary points for each battle won to accumulate chests, both for the end of season, as for the accumulation of chests for the daily FOCUS, so momentarily I am in the SILVER league, but I hope this month I can gather enough SPS so that I can earn enough points per battle won to be in the gold league.

This year I also plan to make improvements in my Splinterlands related posts, I would like to learn how to use Photoshop so that I can not only achieve the presentations of both the cover, but also in the whole post in general, improve and make better animated GIFs, and not make them as simple as I do. I have been planning to make videos of battles with some editing, not something very processed, but videos that look good and are enjoyable, as well as upload battles and give more publicity of my battles in TikTok, I think if I can create short videos of battles, they can become entertaining. Although I will be doing all of the above as the months go by, my main goal at the moment is to increase the amount of SPS, I need to at least reach the gold league in February with enough SPS to earn the necessary pts, that's my main goal and I think I can achieve it quite easily.

Si bien mi travesía en Splinterlands no ha sido algo espectacular, he logrado cumplir muchos objetivos que he tenido en mente desde que he estado jugando a este juego desde el 2018, sin embargo, tengo que admitir también que algunas cosas las he mal administrado con el pasar de los años y he decidido que este año (2024), sería el año donde intentaría mejorar no solo como jugador de Splinterlands, sino también como coleccionista, ya que es hora de hacer una gran mejora en todo mi mazo de cartas, para que de este forma poder alcanzar mejores posiciones en las ligas, así como también he estado pensado en participar en torneos, los cuales muchos de ellos pueden llegar a ser de gran ayuda para dicha mejora, además de que no he participado en un torno desde hace bastante tiempo y creo que es hora de hacerlo.

Con la nueva incorporación de cartas Rebellion considero que es una gran oportunidad para mejorar mi mazo, tengo en mente varias cartas que encajarían muy bien con mi estilo de juego y especialmente porque son cartas realmente buenas que mejoraran mucho la mecánica de juego de Splinterlands. El año pasado tuve que vender dos de mis primeras cartas legendarias doradas de mi colección, con lo que obtuve pude comprar algunas cartas que necesitaba, pero el restante que obtuve por esa venta lo he estado administrando y también he estado esperando que el HIVE tenga una buena subida de precio para vender y así poder mejorar mi mazo de cartas, quiero poder llegar este año a diamante, así como lo hacía hace algunas temporadas atrás, actualmente me encuentro en la liga PLATA, aunque fácilmente puedo luchar en la liga ORO, ya que mis cartas son lo suficientemente fuertes para poder luchar con moderada facilidad en esa liga (ORO), sin embargo, el único inconveniente que tengo es que mi cantidad de SPS es muy poca para poder obtener los puntos necesarios por cada batalla ganada para acumular cofres, tanto para el final de temporada, como para la acumulación de cofres para los FOCUS diarios, por lo que momentáneamente estoy en la liga PLATA, pero espero que este mes pueda reunir la suficiente cantidad de SPS de tal forma que pueda ganar los suficientes puntos por batalla ganada para estar en la liga oro.

Este año también planeo hacer mejoras en mis post relacionados con Splinterlands, me gustaría aprender a usar Photoshop para que así no solo poder lograr las presentaciones tanto de la portada, sino también en todo el post en general, mejorar y hacer mejores GIF animados, y no hacerlos tan simples como los hago. He estado planeando hacer videos de batallas con algo de edición, no algo muy procesado, pero videos que se vean bien y que sean amenos, así como también subir batallas y dar más publicidad de mis batallas en TikTok, creo que si logro crear videos cortos de batallas, pueden llegar a ser entretenidos. Aunque todo lo anterior lo iré haciendo a medida que avancen los meses, mi objetivo principal por los momentos en aumentar la cantidad de SPS, necesito al menos llegar a febrero a la liga oro con la suficiente cantidad de SPS para ganar los pts necesarios, ese es mi objetivo principal y creo que lo puedo lograr con bastante facilidad.
