Drawing of Uraeus [ESP-ENG]
Saludos, feliz y próspero año nuevo por acá vuelvo luego de cierto tiempo sin dibujar. Me apeteció hacer esta cobra que me salió un par de veces en las recompensas diarias. No está nada mal para ciertas batallas.
Greetings, happy and prosperous new year, here I come back after some time without drawing. I felt like making this cobra that I got a couple of times in the daily rewards. It's not bad for certain battles.

Usé una hoja de reciclaje para el dibujo por lo que puede que en la foto se note cierto relieve. Para las líneas iniciales dibuje la silueta y a partir de ahí fui añadiendole los detalles. Le quité el veneno y añadí ciertas cosas en los colmillos. Las escamas fueron un poco tediosas de hacer pero le dan su toque a decir verdad. El ojo me tomó algo de tiempo porque no me agradaba la posición en la que lo hice inicialmente.
I used a recycled sheet for the drawing, so you may notice some relief in the photo. For the initial lines I drew the silhouette and from there I added the details. I removed the venom and added some things to the fangs. The scales were a bit tedious to do but they give it a touch to tell the truth. The eye took me some time because I didn't like the position in which I did it initially.
Las partes a las que añadí color fueron el ojo y la lengua, de resto solo fue un sombreado lo que cubrió la piel de la cobra. La sombra de la parte derecha no me convenció y la parte central quedó un poco desproporcionada, cuestiones a mejorar a futuro.
The parts to which I added color were the eye and the tongue, the rest was only a shading that covered the skin of the cobra. The shadow on the right side did not convince me and the central part was a little disproportionate, issues to improve in the future.
Para finalizar usé Photoshop CS6 para añadir contraste y jugar con el brillo. También le coloqué un fondo que hiciera juego con la lengua y parte de la boca.
Finally I used Photoshop CS6 to add contrast and play with brightness. I also placed a background to match the tongue and part of the mouth.
