What I'm Buying #splinterlands

As the recent town hall has addressed the use of the starter deck as a crutch for the splinterlands economy, building the decks have never been more important. They stated that under the new reward structure that the use of the ghost or starter deck, while still being made available to new players, will not earn rewards. So this means that the more starter cards you place in your lineups the more reward points that you will miss out on toward end of season rewards.
With these new rules closing in I am currently trying to build my deck by purchasing all the cards I use the most. Having a wide variety of cards in my deck gives me greater options for strong lineup for whichever splinter the situation calls for. I pick the cheapest cards I use the most and starting buying these cards so they will be available to me and will earn rewards in the futere. As my collection has grown, I have added untamed cards that may cost a little more, but are staples in my strategies. Another card buying strategy I currently am using is leveling up the cheapest cards that I think offer the greastest buffs that will be useful in the leagues in which I hope to compete. As I level up my cards I will mix in the purchase of a summoner that I am slowly leveling up as well. Worst case serino is that if I level up my cards, I can rent a summoner cheaply to maxamize my cards levels.
These are a few of my opinions on strategies of building my deck, find what fits for you and good luck and happy battling!
