Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - New type of Summoners (ENG/ITA)

Hello to all friends of Splinterlands !!!

When I'm talking about a new type of summoners in this post, it's not just a hyperbolic way to attract attention. These new 6 summoners from the Rebellion edition are truly a novelty in the concept of player-field interaction.

Indeed, with these new summoners, the player chooses which Buff, Debuff, or ability to use and on which monsters to apply them, making the game much more interactive and finally adding new elements to the old gameplay.

In this screenshot, we can see an example of how with the new Rebellion summoner Nomos, before the start of the match, I can decide whether to apply a -2 debuff to two opposing cards or which 2 monsters on my team to give the Dispel ability.

Let's take a look at these 6 new cards in this week's Splinterlands Social Media Challenge.

Nomos: a new summoner of the Fire element, gives us the option to choose whether to apply a heavy -2 Magic debuff to 2 opponents or to give the Dispel ability to 2 cards on our team. It's a good summoner if we are sure to face a team with many magic cards, like the typical Obsidian or Alric Stormbringer team, but in other cases, it provides few advantages to Fire-element teams, usually specialized in Melee and Ranged attacks.

Reklah: a scary skull-armored skeleton, this new Death element summoner, at the usual cost of 5 mana, lets us choose between a -2 Health debuff or Reflection Shield for 2 of our monsters. It's a bit expensive and offers less compared to other summoners like Thaddius Brood or Zintar Mortalis.

Underboss Fabino: one of the most iconic illustrations of the new Rebellion edition, representing a yellow mafia boss smoking a strange cigar emitting purple smoke. As an Earth element summoner, it offers either giving +2 in melee to 2 of our monsters or inflicting Poison on only one opposing card. This card could be useful in Up, Close and Personal challenges with the Earth group.

Prophet Rosa: this strange bull with a drum gives us the option to apply +2 in ranged to two cards on our team or Shield to a single unit. It might be useful if forced to choose the Water element in a Going the Distance challenge, but otherwise, it's a bit underwhelming compared to monsters usually specialized in Melee and Magic attacks.

Avina of the Wolf: this blonde warrior with a magical sword is becoming much more interesting than the previous cards. As a Life element summoner, it can either increase the Speed by +2 for 2 monsters on its team or give the Heal ability to a single teammate.

The Heal ability is one of the most fundamental on the Splinterlands battlefield. Giving it to the Tank position card, for example, allows us to keep that card alive for much longer. Therefore, Avina of the Wolf presents itself as a good solution in some types of challenges.

Akane: already valued at around $20 per unit, Akane is one of the most sought-after cards in the new Rebellion edition, with the gold version approaching a $200 valuation. This Dragon element summoner gives the new protective ability Lookout to a single monster or, the more popular choice, can give the Ambush ability to two cards on its team.

Practically, with this summoner, we can give our 2 most powerful team members the chance to make 2 attacks before the start of the battle, an advantage that can be devastating if calculated well beforehand, with the risk of not having buffs for the rest of the battle.

These new Rebellion summoners are among the most innovative ever seen, but they must be carefully studied to understand when they can be exploited or when using them can become very counterproductive on the battlefield.

Quando sto parlando di un nuovo tipi di evocatori, in questo post, non è semplicemente un modo di dire iperbolico per attirare l'attenzione, questi nuovi 6 evocatori dell'edizione Rebellion sono veramente una novità nel concetto di interazione tra giocatore e campo di battaglia.

Infatti, con questi nuovi evocatori, è il giocatore a scegliere quale Buff ,Debuff o abilità usare e a quali mostri applicarli, rendendo il gioco molto più interattivo e finalmente aggiungendo nuovi tasselli al vecchio gameplay.

In questa schermata possiamo vedere un esempio di come con il nuovo evocatore Rebellion Nomos, prima dell'inizio della partita, posso decidere se applicare un debuff di -2 a due carte avversarie, oppure a quali 2 mostri della mia squadra donare l'abilità Dispel.

Vediamo queste 6 nuove carte nel Splinterlands Social Media Challenge di questa settimana.

Nomos: nuovo evocatore dell'elemento Fire, ci da la possibilità di scegliere se applicare un pesante Debuff di -2 in magia a 2 avversari, oppure se donare l'abilità Dispel a 2 carte della propria squadra.
È un buon evocatore se abbiamo la certezza di affrontare una squadra con tante care magiche, come la tipica squadra Obsidian o Alric Stormbringer, però, negli altri casi, riesce a donare pochi vantaggi alle squadre dell'elemento Fuoco, di solito specializzati in attacchi Melee e Ranged.

Reklah: spaventoso scheletro capelluto con armatura, questo nuovo evocatore dell'elemento Deeath, al solito prezzo di 5 mana, ci fa scegliere tra un debuff di -2 in Health, oppure Reflection Shield per 2 nostri mostri.
È un po' costoso , ed offre meno, rispetto ad altri evocatori come Thaddius Brood o Zintar Mortalis.

Underboss Fabino: una delle illustrazioni più iconiche della nuova edizione Rebellion, che ci rappresenta questo giallo boss della mafia che fuma uno strano sigaro che emana un fumo viola.
Evocatore dell'elemento Earth, ci offre o di dare un +2 in melee a 2 nostri mostri, oppure di infliggere Poison a solo una carta avversaria.
Questa carta potrebbe tornare utile nelle sfide Up, Close and Personal con il gruppo Earth.

Prophet Rosa: questo strano toro con tamburo ci dà la possibilità di applicare un +2 in ranged a due carte della nostra squadra, oppure Shield ad una sola unità.
Potrebbe tornare utile se siamo costretti a scegliere l'elemento Water in una sfida Going the Distance, però è altrimenti un po' sottotono rispetto a dei mostri di solito molto specializzati in attacchi Melee e Magici.

Avina of the Wolf: ecco, questa guerriera bionda con la spada magica inizia ad essere molto più interessante delle carte precedenti, infatti questo evcoatore dell'elemento Life può aumentare lo Speed di +2 per 2 mostri della prorpia squadra, oppure può donare l'abilità Heal ad un solo compagno di squadra.

L'abilità Heal è una della più fondamentali sul campo di battaglia di Splinterlands, donato per esempio alla carta che abbiamo in posizione Tank ci consente di mantenere in vita quella carta per molto più tempo, quindi Avina of the Wolf si propone come una buona soluzione in alcuni tipi di sfide.

Akane: già quotata intorno ai 20 dollari per unità, Akane è una delle carte più ricercate della nuova edizione Rebellion, con la versione oro che sfiora i 200 dollari di quotazione.
Questo evocatore dell'elemento Dragon dona la nuova abilità protettiva Lookout a un solo mostro, oppure, la scelta sicuramente più gettonata, si può donare l'abilità Ambush a due carte della propria squadra.

Praticamente con questo evocatore possiamo dare la possibilità ai nostri 2 mostri più potenti in squadra, di portare 2 attacchi prima dell'inizio della battaglia, un vantaggio che può risultare devastante ma solo se facciamo bene i calcoli prima, con il rischio di non avere buffs per il resto della battaglia.

Questi nuovi evocatori Rebellion sono tra i più innovativi mai visti, però devono essere studiati con attenzione per capire quando si possono sfruttare o quando, invece, usarli può diventare molto controproducente sul campo.
