Splinterlands: Strategy change in my Lands / Cambio di strategia nelle mia Lands (ENg/ITA)

Hello to all Hive friends!!!

As many of you know, in Splinterlands, it's not enough to be skilled players/collectors/investors anymore. Now, we also need to learn the art of cultivating and managing our lands with the introduction of Lands Phase 1.5. The ability to produce the 3 resources, namely Grain, SPS, and Research, requires a lot of study and experimentation.

From the communications received so far from the staff, Phase 2.0 will introduce more pieces to the puzzle, increasing the understanding and complexity of Land management. I hope that, finally, we will understand the true purpose of these Research tokens. I own 2 magic lands that boost Research production, but they still don't have a function or economic value within the platform.

Moreover, it is expected that lands will have different productions based on their type (from what I understand). So, owning land in the Plains may finally make sense compared to owning land in the Canyon or Desert (and perhaps this will also change market quotes based on potential rarity).

For now, simplifying calculations, we are interested in producing two tokens: Grain and SPS.

The token we know better, more spendable, and providing direct earnings is undoubtedly SPS. In fact, at the beginning, I had dedicated the majority of my lands to SPS production, building Shard Mines on them, hoping for immediate and daily economic returns.

However, Grain is the fundamental resource of Lands. Without it, production cannot be started, and most importantly, no resource can be harvested. For now (correct me if I'm wrong), it is not found on other platforms and exchanges (such as Hive-Engine or BeeSwap), and therefore, it can be purchased on the Splinterlands website at the fixed price of 1 Grain = 1 DEC.

Now, the costs for Harvest are very high. You can see in the first screenshot on this page that to claim about 13 SPS (to which taxes will be deducted), a payment of almost 3000 Grain is required.

For this reason, I have changed all my lands, except one, to Grain production. This way, at least for now, I avoid spending DEC, and I manage to claim some SPS from time to time, waiting for future changes in Phase 2.0.

Come in molti sapete, ormai su Splinterlands non basta essere bravi giocatori/collezionatori/investitori, ma adesso dobbiamo imparare anche l'arte di coltivare ed amministrare le nostre terre, con l'introduzione della fase 1.5 delle Lands, l'abilità di produrre le 3 resources , ovvero Grain, Sps e Research, richiede tanto studio e sperimentazione.

La fase 2.0, dalle comunicazioni giunte finora dallo staff, introdurrà tasselli in più nella comprensione, ma anche nella complessità della gestione delle Land: spero, finalmente, che potremo capire a cosa servano veramente questi token Research, visto che possiedo 2 terre magiche, che danno dei boost proprio nella produzione di Research, però non hanno ancora nè una funzione, nè un valore economico all'interno della piattaforma.

In più, si prevede, che le terre avranno produzioni diverse in base alla tipologia (da quello che ho capito io): quindi avrà finalmente un senso possedere un terreno nelle Plains, rispetto che nel Canyon o nel Desert ( e forse questo cambierà anche la quotazioni sul mercato in base alla rarità di una eventuale tipologia.

Per adesso, semplificando i calcoli, ci interessano due token da produrre: il Grain e gli SPS.

Il token che conosciamo meglio, e più spendibile e che fornisce un guadagno diretto, è senza dubbio il SPS: io, infatti , all'inizio avevo dedicato la maggioranza delle mie terre alla produzione di SPS, costruendo su di esse dei Shard Mine, sperando in ritorno economico immediato e giornaliero.

Però il Grain è la risorsa fondamentale delle Lands: senza di esso non si può avviare la produzione , e soprattutto, non si può fare l'Harvest di nessuna risorsa, e per adesso ( correggetemi se sbaglio ) non si trova su altre piattaforme ed exchange ( come per esempio Hive-Engine o BeeSwap), e quindi è acquistabile sul sito di Splinterlands al prezzo fisso di 1 Grain= 1 DEC.

Ora, i costi per l' Harvest sono molto alti, potete vedere nel primo screenshot di questa pagina che per riscuotere circa 13 SPS ( a cui verranno tolte poi delle tasse) , viene richiesto un pagamento di quasi 3000 Grain.

È per questo motivo, per cui ho cambiato tutte le mie land, a parte una, alla produzione di Grain, così, almeno per adesso, evito di spendere DEC, e riesco a riscuotere un po' di SPS ogni tanto, aspettando i cambiamenti futuri nella fase 2.0.
