Ability tier list maybe?
A tier list is a list to rank all abilities accoring to a grade (e.g. F as really bad till A as very good.)
If i would make a ability tier list the grading probally would be: very low impact (negetes/inflict 2 or less damage) until very impactfull (negates/inflicts damage of a full monsters health).
This is not a good way ;) just how i would do it
