Its a running day. Running in summer is never easy. I need to make a bit of shorter run today because it is over heated. Running in the middle suddenly feel like a need for toilet. So I need to pause and also make use of it to cool down a bit. I continue to further run a bit and then need to stop. The heat really made me lack of energy now.
