It was so hot over the weekend. It is quite impossible to go outside to walk. I need to skip for 1 day. And today it is still hot, but it is a bit better in the evening. It is actually a bit dry and not sweat much during the walk. But it is still hard to finish the walk as it is not easy to breathe.
