My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2026

It is busy day. I just spent all the time to work and work, cant find too much time for walking. It has been late when I am off. I need to go for family dinner. There was lots of good food, and as usual, I have eaten a lot and was very full. Probably it is a way to compensate back my busy day.
