Hola amigos de splinterlands espero que estén muy bien, hoy vengo a participar en el desafío de la semana, en esta oportunidad el equipo eligió la regla Briar Patch, esta regla es bastante complicada porque, aunque no nos restringe de forma obligatoria los monstruos con ataque cuerpo a cuerpo uno intenta no utilizarlos ya que cada golpe recibirá de vuelta el daño de Briar Patch (al menos que el monstruo tenga la habilidad que contrarrestar esa regla) justo utilizaré un monstruo con esa habilidad y será el que me hace ganar la batalla.

Las características de la batalla fueron bastante interesantes, en esta oportunidad la batalla consto con 3 reglas la primera Fog of War, esta regla ocasiona que todos los monstruos atacaran al monstruo en primera posición del enemigo, la segunda regla fue Up To leven esta regla es bastante interesante (unida con la regla de esta semana) Briar Patch ya que Up To leven amplifica el daño de Briar Patch, de forma estándar al atacar un con daño cuerpo a cuerpo un monstruo con Briar Patch si le hacemos daño recibiríamos 2 de daño de regreso mientras que al estar activa la regla Up To leven regresa 3 de daño, por lo que un monstruo puede morir fácilmente en dos ataques solo por el daño que le produce Briar Patch, la cantidad de mana fue baja en esta batalla solo de 21 y los equipo permitidos también fueron limitados solo estaban disponibles agua y tierra por lo que tenía pocas elecciones en mi repertorio de monstruos, a continuación les muestro mi formación.

Como podrán ver fue una batalla corta y no es para menos debido a las reglas de batalla y la cantidad de mana ya estaba establecido que esta batalla se resolvería en pocas rondas, mi estrategia fue muy simple colocar un tanque fuerte pero que no atacara es importante que el tanque no atacara para que no sufriera el efecto de Briar Patch ( aumentado por) Up To leven asi que Lord Arianthus era el tanque perfecto, en segunda pocicion y para mi el monstruo que aseguro la victoria fue Tide Biter esto se debe a que tiene 2 habilidades muy útiles en estas condiciones la primera Reach ( osea que puede atacar desde la segunda posición pero sabemos que atacar cuerpo a cuerpo tiene un gran problema con las características de esta batalla, pero justo este monstruo tiene Reflection Shield ósea es el inmune al daño que provoca Briar Patch así que cada turno el atacara producirá daño y no recibirá daño de retorno , para proteger más mis primeros 2 monstruos seleccione a Venari Wavesmith ya que tiene la habilidad de Protect así que otorga 2 de escudo a todos los monstruos y por último un monstruo de la serie Gladius estos monstruos recordemos que tiene la habilidad Bloodust así que si Alfredo lograba dar el golpe de gracia en algún monstruo aumentaría sus atributos en +1 aunque eso no sucedió la estrategia de los primeros 3 monstruos funciono perfectamente.

As you can see it was a short battle and it is no wonder due to the battle rules and the amount of mana it was already established that this battle would be resolved in a few rounds, my strategy was very simple, placing a strong tank but not attacking is important. that the tank would not attack so that it would not suffer the effect of Briar Patch (increased by) Up To leven so Lord Arianthus was the perfect tank, in second position and for me the monster that ensured the victory was Tide Biter this is because It has 2 very useful skills in these conditions, the first Reach (that is, it can attack from the second position but we know that attacking melee has a big problem with the characteristics of this battle, but this monster has Reflection Shield and is immune to damage caused by Briar Patch so each turn he will attack will produce damage and will not receive return damage. To further protect my first 2 monsters I select Venari Wavesmith since he has the Protect ability so he gives 2 shields to all monsters and for Lastly, a monster from the Gladius series, these monsters, remember that they have the Bloodust ability, so if Alfredo managed to deliver the killing blow on a monster, he would increase their attributes by +1, although that did not happen, the strategy of the first 3 monsters worked perfectly.
