Glad I made INDEX one of my priorities, even if I don't play Splinterlands! I wonder if VOUCHER have a one-time only use-case or if holding them will qualify you for repeated card purchase rights...

Pretty sure it's one time use, 1 voucher per pack you purchase.

You can only use each voucher one time, but they won't be specific for the presale of Chaos Legion packs. They can be used in the future for other promotions/presales too.
