Guild HIVE-BR occupies Rank #82, rising 27 places since the last update, with 50498 Guild Rating points. We are the best placed Brazilian Guild in the Ranking.
GUILD HIVEBR OCCUPIES ITS BEST PLACE IN THE RANKING!
We achieved a historic feat and for the first time we were ranked 82nd in the ranking! This is very relevant if you take into account the size of the Brazilian community at Hive, which is extremely small. Taking a native Portuguese-speaking Brazilian Guild to such a high position in the global ranking is an impressive feat!
How did we arrive at this position?
As We competed in Brawl Tier 3, the guild ends up being in great demand and as our players interact daily through exclusive WhatsApp and Discord channels, exchanging experiences aimed at continuous growth in the game, in addition to strengthening the bonds of friendship and companionship that a community can represent.
100% participation in all Brawls, with all Frays complete.
In addition to committed members, it is active management, where we always seek to grow as a team, with us everyone has the opportunity to evolve, you just need to want to and go after it!
NEW MEMBERS
The Guild Hive-br had some new members, @kaibagt and the guild staff managed to close the remaining hires and now we complete the team of 23 players:

Thus replacing 3 players who left the guild, due to having personal commitments that did not manage to have the same commitment and time to continue the evolution, but as soon as possible they returned to play and the two vacancies that were released with the up of the hall .
ARENA Expansion:
Our energy is currently in leveling the arena to go from 18 frays to 21 frays, in addition to having greater rewards, it is also where the strongest guilds are.
Expansion of the HALL:
Our second focus is to level up the HALL, with hall lvl 8 we will be able to have a lodge that will grant 12% instead of 9% in the RP bonus, in addition to increasing the contributions per season or quarterly of the guild, which will help even more upgrade our buildings.
GUILD HIVEBR BRAWL REPORT
We had in this round as our best players:
@wehaveall with 75% of 6 wins in 8 battles in Fray Diamante CL ONLY, @d3stro and @shiftrox in second place tied with 71.43% win rate with 5 wins and 2 losses, respectively in frays silver silver alpha and beta and Gold gold foil.
Each member was rewarded with 2350 Merits and 22.5 SPS.
Unfortunately this brawl, we did badly and ended up in EIGHTH PLACE, receiving 47 crowns. This brawl we will increase the focus and dedicate ourselves better to the next challenge!
We remain focused on reaching our goal, which is first place in tier 3! In addition, with the end of the month approaching, members are looking forward to the traditional Pack Draw that Guild Hive-br sponsors in order to deliver at least one card to each member who has their donations up to date and did not flee any brawls, in addition to additional cards for the top 3 winrate in Brawl.
Preparations are being made so that at the beginning of August we will have our awards live, and everyone is invited!

Some of our members are in champion and diamond leagues, so they have a very high overall ranking score. We decided to separate the ranking by leagues, representing the Brazilian strength in these leagues.

The dispute is fierce, the members are disputing the top 5 with each post with changes and our players are not kidding!
The leadership was maintained in both modes by our top player @wehaveall who now reigns absolute, but the newcomer @ dlacerda7 is on his tail and the dispute will be good!

Atingimos um feito histórico e pela primeira vez constamos na posição 82º no ranking! Isso é muito relevante se você levar em conta o tamanho da comunidade brasileira na Hive, que é extremamente pequena. Levar uma Guild brasileira, de língua portuguesa nativa, a uma posição tão alta no ranking global é um feito impressionante!
Como chegamos a essa colocação?
Como Disputamos Brawl Tier 3 a guilda acaba tendo uma grande procura e como nossos jogadores interagem diariamente pelos canais de WhatsApp e Discord exclusivos, trocando experiências visando o crescimento contínuo no jogo, além de reforçar os laços de amizade e companheirismo que uma comunidade pode representar.
100% de participação em todos os Brawls, com todos os Frays completos.
Além de os membros comprometidos, é a gestão ativa, onde buscamos sempre crescer em equipe, conosco todos tem oportunidade de evoluir, basta querer e correr atrás disso!
NOVOS MEMBROS
A Guild Hive-br teve alguns novos membros, @kaibagt e a staff da guilda conseguiu fechar as contratações restantes e agora completamos a equipe de 23 jogadores:

Assim repondo 3 players que saíram da guilda, devido a estarem com compromissos pessoais que não conseguiram ter o mesmo comprometimento e tempo hábil para continuar a evolução, mas que assim que possivel voltaram a jogar e as duas vagas que foram liberadas com o up do hall.
Ampliação da ARENA:
Nossa energia atualmente esta em upar a arena para sairmos de 18 frays, para 21 frays, além de ter maiores recompensas, também é onde as guildas mais fortes estão.
Ampliação do HALL:
Nosso segundo foco é upar o HALL, com o hall lvl 8 poderemos ter um lodge que ira conceder 12% em vez de 9% no RP bonus, além de aumentar as contruibuições por temporada ou trimestrais da guilda, o que vai ajudar ainda mais a upar nossas construções.

Infelizmente esse brawl, fomos mal e terminamos em OITAVO LUGAR, recebendo 47 coroas. Este brawl vamos aumentar o foco e nos dedicar melhor ao próximo desafio!
Continuamos com o foco para atingir o objetivo, que é o primeiro lugar no tier 3! Além disso, com o final do mês chegando os membros estão ansiosos para o tradicional Sorteio de Packs que a a Guild Hive-br patrocina de forma a entregar ao menos um card para cada membro que esteja com as doações em dia e não abandonou por flee nenhum brawl, além de cards adicionais para os 3 melhores winrate no Brawl.
Os preparativos estão sendo realizados para que na no início de agosto tenhamos a nossa live de premiação, e todos estão convidados!

A disputa é acirrada, os membros estão disputando o top 5 a cada postagem com alterações e nossos jogadores não estão para brincadeiras!
A liderança se manteve nos dois modos pelo nosso top player @wehaveall que agora reina absoluto, mas o novato @dlacerda7 está na sua cola e a disputa vai ser boa!
Olhando de forma geral nossos membros, a imagem abaixo mostra toda a dedicação das pessoas que fazem da nossa guilda, a brasileira melhor colocada. Todos estão de parabéns pelo árduo trabalho que se comprometeram a fazer e que tem retornado ótimos resultados!
