How to SAVE Gas fee in converting DEC or SPS to Fiat?

I know some of you already know this but I still kept seeing questions on how to withdraw their DEC or SPS and convert to fiat or Philippine Peso (PHP in our country). This is a follow up post on my previous blog (https://www.splintertalk.io/@imril/guide-how-to-turn-your-sps-in-rank-chest-rewards-to-liquid).
Well the most efficient and less gas fee that I know is by following these steps. This procedure uses Binance so make sure you're all setup before proceeding this steps.

Step 1: Transfer out your DEC or SPS from game to Hive Engine Wallet.

Step 2: Open https://hive-engine.com/ and log into your account and go to market.
Step 3: Select DEC or SPS and then sell for swap.hive. In this example, SPS (https://hive-engine.com/trade/SPS)

Step 4: After Selling, go to your wallet (https://hive-engine.com/@xxxxx/wallet Replace xxxxx with your hive username) and click withdraw then choose HIVE.

Step 5: After withdrawing, go to https://wallet.hive.blog/@xxxxx/transfers (Replace xxxxx with your hive username) and log in your account.
Step 6: You will see your HIVE transferred to your wallet. Now on your hive.blog wallet, click TRANSFER.

Step 7: Open Binance and go to wallet and click deposit, choose HIVE and you will be given the wallet address.

Step 8: Input the address and memo from binance, and input it in your hive.blog wallet.

Step 9: Wait for transaction to finish. After successful transfer, go to HIVE/USDT.

Step 10: (Binance): Sell HIVE on Binance in exchange for USDT. Then transfer USDT to Funding wallet so you can sell thru P2P using Gcash/Paymaya/Bank Transfer.

Note though, there is only 1% Gas fee in withdrawing your Hive in the market.
