That's pretty cool that multiple groups on hive is hosting a Splinterlands tournament. Is this a common occurrence in Splinterlands?

Not usually, no, but @dynamicrypto has been compiling teamwork amongst communities and such.
Something I have been trying to do to increase prizes and get communities together a bit with something they all have in common. I see you are into card games, want to get involved in a tourney other than playing just hollar!
Yeah most definitely. It is just my collection isn't the best so I'd have to spend too much renting, but I may try it one of these days. I'm sure it will turn out great though as it seems like a pretty awesome tournament
It's novice level (all cards level 1) and no legendaries so you have a good a chance as anyone!
That's pretty cool thanks for info, but I normally play in gold/diamond so I'd actually need to rent a lot of cards that won't go with my typical grind, but thanks anyways. Perhaps at a later time when I build up my collection more. Right now hive has consumed a great deal of my resources already so between that and sps I'm already quite tapped to invest more into cards.
