✨Hello guys! Hello year 2024 ✨😁
Cheers to my first 2024 spliterlands fan art coz life's busy, and I'm planning to create at least 1 submission per month😆 ahahaha new years resolution it is!

Digital Art Process

I started with a very rough sketch indicating the pose of the character. 🙂 Refine it by defining the form of the muscles, the body and the face. 😎 It looks good so I proceed with the clean lines. And that's it we are done hahahah just kidding 😝 alright unto the next step let's go!

In here, I added the base color. Nothing fancy no shades at all. After that lock the transparency tool icon, yeah yeah click that. Okay, then after that by selecting each flat colors I could easily add some texture, shadows and depth to the given base colors. Added some gradient background for now and then proceed. Define each parts of the body and also add a highlights coz there will be a light magical powers will be done above the character. That would into the next step. 😁

And here goes the magical power golden stone wshwshwshwshwsh kaaaameeeehaaameeehaaaaa... hahaha alright I'm still exploring the backgrounds a bit so I put a very bright light coming from the ground. On the next attempt I try to make the background cool with the shades of blues and purple. I think I like that and so I added some fire particles all over the image too.

In here, I added some spikes and horns in the character and redefine the hair according to the card reference but I still do my own touch with it and not copy all the spikes😆

Finally, define some minor details, added my signature the for 2024 artwork😌 I will be adding this to my collection of fan art and compile it by the end of this year. I wonder how much I can improve by then.😌
