Hello friends in this new installment of BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge! I bring you a cool battle with the EQUALIZER battle condition where the starting health of all Monsters is equal to that of the Monster of any team with the highest base Health. In the page Splintercards we find all the rulesets, in the same page it recommends the following:

Don't use high HP monsters and focus on high damage. Try to use a lot of monsters as well. Having a Tank Heal, Thorns, Triage for defense helps a lot.

Under these recommendations we can have a clear idea of what to do under this battle condition but the truth is that this battle condition changes in the use of league for example in bronze than in Diamond, in the sense that the cards have higher stats at higher levels.

While it is true that lately I was taking battles of expert players for analysis but as I am now in my challenge to climb to Champions, I think I will upload one of my own battles, I am currently in gold league with enough rating to climb to Diamond, it is a very high cost with respect to rentals to climb to this type of leagues so I will go little by little, studying each of the best strategies.

As usual, we always treat the best card of our team, and although in this game they all do an excellent job I want to highlight a card that I like very much CRUSTACEAN KING, which at least in the Bronze league is a card that you must have yes or yes because of how valuable and essential it is.

A card of the Alpha, Beta edition very important with respect to the skills it has, it is for cards like this that I like to play in the Wild mode, there is a lot of variety to use cards and this is one of those that fascinates me. Dealing with the economic issue we can not say that it is a cheap card because it is currently at $2.27 per BCX is a very high price that is certainly justified by what it can bring in a battle. To take this card to the maximum is too much for someone who does not have much budget so there is nothing left but to rent it, the bad thing is that as it is a highly prized card it is rarely found in the market to use it, even so despite the high prices that can get to be the rentals there is no choice but to accept and pay.

If the regular version is expensive, the gold version is even more out of my reach, being currently priced at $27.69, although it should be noted that this card appears from level 4 in its gold version.

Once the purchase price has been analyzed, we will analyze the rental price for each league, starting with the basic bronze league.

League Bronze

In the page Peakmonster we can find in a simpler way the card to rent in each league, for example for bronze league can be used at level 3, then we leave the stats of this card to know their skills at a certain level required. This card as it goes up in level acquires new skills all in the sense support.

At bronze league level this card is level 3, and its stats are not the best, because it has one point of speed which means that it is very difficult to dodge any attack, 1 point of ranged attack which is not much but in bronze league any attack is useful although its low speed can cause that attack to fail easily, 1 point of shield which helps a lot but is not the best in terms of defense, and only 2 points of life, which with a magic attack can disappear very easily to this card, although what should be emphasized is its ability to Tank Heal which really makes this card useful.

In the market we can find it for 1.4 DEC/DAY although we must recognize that in the course of the season it is usually difficult to find this card, so I recommend renting it for many days as it can be found for a much higher price, for example in the image we can only see that there are only two cards to rent.

League Silver

In the silver league we can find this card at level 5, we can see that its stats do not increase as we would like, since its biggest increase is in its life points that increase from 2 to 4 which is not much to be honest, but the important thing is the new ability that acquires Tank Heal, the same that adds armor to all the cards of my team and even to herself, if the enemy does not attack with magic can be very helpful.

For silver level you can already find some cards of this level, the rental price already increases considerably, being at 7,688 DEC/DAY for the benefits offered by this card seems a fair price to be able to use it.

League Gold

In gold league you can use the card at level 8, where to be honest I would not raise this card to this level because the increase is insignificant, in addition to not acquiring any ability that can highlight. For example its armor only increases by +1 having 2 total points, in life, speed, range attack there is no increase.

As I said before I would not recommend renting this card at level 8 because it would be enough just to have it at silver level, even so in certain battle conditions 1 point of life or armor can certainly make the difference, under this context the card can be found for 30,663, although as you can see in the image I have a rented one for 16,296 DEC/DAY, for level 8. The difference is that this card is golden and I considered it a good opportunity because the use of golden cards allow better rewards.

League/Champions

Finally, in the Champions league you can use the card at maximum level where the stats do not increase considerably either, as we present below.

The attack increases by +1, which is the most important thing, even so it is still an excellent support, despite that at level 10 it can be found for almost 100 DEC/DAY which seems excessively expensive, despite that there are many people who rent it to avoid penalties and take advantage of their small increases in stats.

ESTRATEGY BATTLE

The strategy is easy, knowing that the opponent will use life, it is very easy to deduce that the best option is to use Water with magic attacks, a battle with 35 mana and where you can only use odd mana cards that although they are not of high HP have abilities to support the tank and protect each line of attack and defense, and there is even the ability to revive if someone falls in battle, my tank is prepared to receive magic attacks which fortunately did not happen, having double armor helps a lot in battle.

Battle

SUMMONER ALRIC STORMBRINGER

One of my favorite summoners, it grants +1 magic attack that if the enemy doesn't see it coming can be extremely lethal in a battle and grant instant victory.

LEGIONNAIRE ALVAR
A very important card because it is of the neutral type, which means that it can be used in any battle condition except when not allowed to use this type of cards, even so this card puts it on my list of cards to buy for the fabulous tank that is, even if you manage to revive his armor is very important against magical attacks.

RIVER HEKKONDALE

An equally valuable card and even more so at level 3 where it has abilities such as Resurrect, Inspire, Dispel, which are support abilities, its two magic attack points that thanks to the summoner will increase and cause more damage than normal.

VENARI WAVESMITH

A rare card considered by many as one of the best, previously Chaos Legion could be found for $3.00, now it can be found for $0.042. It is important to have this card at the desired level for battles, a price that is relatively low for what it offers.

MISCHIEVOUS MERMAID

It is also a very useful card for its magic attack and even more if it is boosted with alric, but to see its cost, I consider it is too much, at level 5 it acquires Dodge which increases the probability of dodging attacks, renting it at level 5 was a mistake because at level 4 it basically does the same, I will have to make me an excel and study card by card to increase the efficiency in my rentals and save as much as possible. We can find this card for $7.95 is a complete madness I would not want to know of someone who buys this card. and even more if it is to take it to higher levels.

SPIRIT HOARDER

A card that I see a lot and I think this one is worth every dollar, its magic attack is almost negligible but its Triage ability is usually very useful for battle conditions where the second row cards are the enemy target.
At level 3 we can find it for $32.14 and per BCX at $4.49, as a curious fact for there are no cards for maximum levels.

CRUSTACEAN KING

The most useful support card in this team, it allows to heal the tank and give armor to the whole team, as I said before in bronze league it is extremely useful, in gold league maybe it can be changed by cards like MERDAALI GUARDIAN that almost could be said that fulfills the same function.

Did my strategy work?
There are strategies that work very well against various situations. However, I recommend using this strategy only in the case that the opponent uses life, since the Splinter life is usually weak against magic.

What would you try differently next time?

Perhaps attacking with the life splinter's magic cards, using the Sneak ability can be very useful for certain conditions as well, or even using this splinter's magic cards can be very effective as well.

Do you like CRUSTACEAN KING, why or why not?

To be honest, the design seems very basic to me, an ordinary lobster with paras of some kind of bird, I would think that this design could be improved considerably.

Hola amigos en esta nueva entrega de BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge! les traigo una batalla genial con la condición de batalla EQUALIZER donde la salud inicial de todos los Monstruos es igual a la del Monstruo de cualquier equipo con la Salud base más alta. En la página Splintercards encontramos todas las rulesets, en la misma página nos recomienda lo siguiente:

No uses monstruos de HP alto y enfócate en daño alto. Intenta usar muchos monstruos también. Tener un Tank Heal, Thorns, Triage para la defensa ayuda mucho.

Bajo esas recomendaciones podemos tener una idea clara de lo que hay que hacer bajo esta condición de batalla pero lo cierto es que esta condición de batalla cambia en el uso de liga por ejemplo en bronce que en Diamante, en el sentido que las cartas tienen mayores stats a niveles más altos.

Si bien es cierto últimamente estaba tomando batallas de jugadores expertos para el análisis pero como ahora mismo estoy en mi reto de subir a Champions, creo q subiré una de mis propias batallas, actualmente me encuentro en liga de oro con el rating suficiente para subir a Diamante, es un costo muy elevado con respecto a alquileres para subir a este tipo de ligas así que iré poco a poco, estudiando cada una de las mejores estrategias.

Como es de costumbre siempre tratamos a la mejor carta de nuestro equipo, y aunque en esta partida todas hacen un excelente trabajo quiero resaltar a una carta que me gusta mucho CRUSTACEAN KING, que al menos en la liga Bronce es una carta que se debe tener sí o sí por lo valiosa e imprescindible que es.

Una carta de la edición Alpha, Beta muy importante con respecto a las habilidades que tiene, son por cartas como esta que me gusta jugar en la modalidad de Wild, existe mucha variedad para usar cartas y esta es una de las que me fascina. Tratando en el tema económico no podemos decir que es una carta barata pues actualmente se encuentra por los $2.27 por cada BCX es un precio muy elevado que sin duda se justifica por lo que puede aportar en una batalla. LLevar esta carta al máximo es demasiado para alguien que no cuenta con mucho presupuesto por lo que no queda más que alquilarla, lo malo es que como es una carta muy cotizada poco se la suele encontrar en el mercado para poderla usar, aún así a pesar de los precios altos que puedan a llegar estar los alquileres no queda otra opción que aceptar y pagar.

Si la versión regular es cara la versión dorada es aún más fuera de mi alcance, encontrándose en un precio actual de $27.69 aunque hay que recalcar que esta carta aparece desde nivel 4 en su versión dorada.

Una vez analizado el precio de compra analizaremos el precio de rentas para cada liga empezaremos con la liga básica de bronce.

League Bronze

En la página de Peakmonster podemos encontrar de manera más sencillas la carta para alquilar en cada liga, por ejemplo para liga bronce se puede usar en nivel 3, a continuación dejamos los stats de esta carta para saber de sus habilidades a cierto nivel requerido. Esta carta a medida que va subiendo de nivel adquiere nuevas habilidades todas en el sentido apoyo.

A nivel de liga bronce esta carta a nivel 3, y sus stats no podría decir que son los mejores, pues tiene un punto de velocidad lo que implica que es muy difícil que pueda esquivar algún ataque, 1 punto de ataque de rango que no es mucho pero en liga de bronce cualquier ataque es útil aunque su baja velocidad puede ocasionar que ese ataque falle fácilmente, 1 punto de escudo que si bien ayuda mucha pero no es lo mejor en cuanto a defensa, y solo 2 puntos de vida, que con un ataque de magia puede desaparecer muy fácilmente a esta carta, aunque lo que sí hay que resaltar es su habilidad de Tank Heal lo que en verdad hace útil a esta carta.

En el mercado la podemos encontrar por 1.4 DEC/DAY aunque hay que reconocer que en el transcurso de la temporada suele ser difícil encontrar esta carta, por lo que recomiendo alquilarla por muchos días ya que se la puede encontrar por un precio mucho mayor, por ejemplo en la imagen solo podemos ver que solo hay dos cartas para alquilar.

League Silver

En la liga plata podemos encontrar esta carta en nivel 5, podemos apreciar que sus stats no se incrementan como desearíamos, ya que su mayor incremento es en sus puntos de vida que incrementan de 2 a 4 que no es mucho para ser sincero, pero lo importante es la nueva habilidad que adquiere Tank Heal, el mismo que añade armadura a todos las cartas de mi equipo e inclusive a ella misma, si el enemigo no ataca con magia puede ser de mucha ayuda.

Para nivel plata ya se pueden encontrar algunas cartas de este nivel, el precio de alquiler ya se incrementa considerablemente, estando en 7.688 DEC/DAY por las bondades que ofrece esta carta parece un precio justo para poder usarla.

League Gold

En liga oro se puede usar la carta a nivel 8, donde para ser sincero no subiría esta carta a este nivel pues el incremento es insignificante, a más de no adquirir ninguna habilidad que pueda destacar. Por ejemplo su armadura solo sube en +1 teniendo 2 puntos totales, en vida, velocidad, ataque de rango no existen incremento.

Como lo dije anteriormente no recomendaría alquilar esta carta a nivel 8 pues bastaría simplemente con tenerla a nivel de plata, aún así en ciertas condiciones de batalla 1 punto de vida o armadura ciertamente puede hacer la diferencia, bajo este contexto la carta la podemos encontrar por 30.663, aunque como pueden observar en la imagen yo tengo una alquilada por 16.296 DEC/DAY, por nivel 8. La diferencia es que esta carta es dorada y lo consideré una buena oportunidad pues el uso de cartas doradas permiten mejores recompensas.

Finalmente en la liga Champions se puede usar la carta a nivel máximo donde los stats tampoco incrementan considerablemente los presentamos a continuación

El ataque incrementa en +1, que es de lo más importante, aún así sigue siendo un excelente apoyo, a pesar de eso a nivel 10 se la encuentra por casi 100 DEC/DAY lo que me parece excesivamente caro, a pesar de eso hay mucha gente que la alquila para evitar las penalizaciones y aprovechar sus pequeños incrementos de stats.

ESTRATEGY BATTLE

La estrategia es fácil, al saber que el rival usará vida, es muy fácil deducir que la mejor opción es usar Agua con ataques mágicos, una batalla con 35 de maná y donde solo se pueden usar cartas de maná impar que si bien no son de alto HP poseen habilidades de apoyo al tanque y a proteger a cada línea de ataque y defensa, e inclusive hay la habilidad de revivir si alguien cae en batalla, mi tanque está preparado para recibir ataque mágicos a lo que afortunadamente no se dió, al tener doble armadura ayuda mucho en la batalla.

Battle

SUMMONER ALRIC STORMBRINGER

Uno de mis invocadores favoritos, que otorga +1 de ataque mágico que si el enemigo no lo vé venir puede ser sumamente letal en una batalla y otorgar la victoria al instante.

Una carta muy importante pues es del tipo neutral, lo que implica que puede ser usada en cualquier condición de batalla excepto cuando no permitan usar este tipo de cartas, aún así esta carta la coloca en mi lista de cartas a comprar por el fabuloso tanque que es, inclusive si se lo logra revivir su armadura es muy importante contra ataques mágicos.

Una carta igual de valiosa y más aún en nivel 3 donde cuenta con habilidades como, Resurrect, Inspire, Dispel, que son habilidades de apoyo, sus dos puntos de ataque mágico que gracias al invocador aumentará y causarán más daño del normal.

También es una carta muy útil por su ataque mágico y más aún si es potenciada con alric, pero a ver su costo, considero que es demasiado, a nivel 5 adquiere Dodge que aumenta la probabilidad de esquivar ataques, alquilarla a nivel5 fue un error ya que a nivel 4 básicamente hace los mismo, tendré que hacerme un excel y estudiar carta por carta para aumentar la eficacia en mis alquileres y ahorrar todo lo que se pueda. Podemos encontrar esta carta por $7.95 es una completa locura no quisiera saber de alguien que compre esta carta. y más aún si es para llevarla a niveles superiores.

SPIRIT HOARDER

Una carta que la veo mucho y creo que esta si vale cada dólar, su ataque mágico es casi insignificante pero su habilidad de Triage Suele ser muy útil para condiciones de batalla donde las cartas de la segunda fila son el objetivo enemigo.
A nivel 3 la podemos encontrar por $32.14 y por cada BCX en $4.49, como dato curioso para no hay cartas para niveles máximos.

CRUSTACEAN KING

La carta de apoyo más útil en este equipo, permite curar al tanque y otorgar armadura a todo el equipo, como lo dije antes en liga bronce es sumamente útil, en liga oro a lo mejor se puede cambiar por cartas como MERDAALI GUARDIAN que casi se podría decir que cumple la misma función.

Mi estrategia funcionó?

Existen estrategias que sirven muy bien contra varias situaciones. a pesar de eso yo recomiendo usar esta estrategia solo en el caso de que el oponente use vida, ya que el Splinter vida suele ser débil contra magia.

¿Qué probaría de forma diferente la próxima vez?

Tal vez atacar con las cartas de magia de el splinter vida, usando la habilidad de Sneak puede ser muy útil también para ciertas condiciones, o inclusive usar las cartas de magia de este splinter puede ser muy eficaz también.

¿Te gusta CRUSTACEAN KING, por qué o por qué no?

Siendo sincero su diseño me parece muy básico una langosta común y corriente con paras de algún tipo de ave, creería que este diseño se pudo mejorar considerablemente.
