Si bien indique en los análisis anteriores creo firmemente que nuestra carta de la semana puede tener una participación en ligas altas en este caso en liga diamante específicamente, esto lo dije ya que es ideal para subirla de nivel y usarla en batallas de bajo maná que suelen ser frecuentes.
Aquí nuestro nuestro amigo que usa a CRUEL SETHROPOD omite un detalle muy importante y es que si bien tiene un super tanque en primera posición sus cartas quedan vulnerables a un ataque de sneak

Para tener una certeza de que tan mal estaba planteada la formación usamos el simulador Simulador obteniendo 1% de probabilidad de ganar, esto demuestra cuán mal estaba la formación. Desde mi punto de vista tengo entendido que Sneak es una habilidad muy usada y hay que tenerla mucho en cuenta así que mi forma de jugar sería con doble tanque al inicio y al final colocando a CRUEL SETHROPOD como tanque principal y aprovechar su ataque aunque quedará neutralizado por el STUN de IGOR DARKSPEAR, claramente MERDAALI GUARDIA no tiene ningún aporte en batallas de poco maná a menos que tengamos cartas de mucha vida, cosa que no se da aquí, por tal razón yo usaría a SCAVO para reparar cualquier escudo dañado. Si observamos la figura xx se puede apreciar que existe una probabilidad del 55 % de ganar.

Para esta batalla de plata 2 tenemos las condiciones de Armored UP y Healed Out que otorgarán escudo y los efectos de curación quedan negados. Batallas de maná de 27 GENERAL SLOAN creo que es una excelente opción, el problema es que no hay curación por tal motivo sería en vano, Dragón no considero una buena opción debido a que ya existe armadura a todos los splinter, el poder usar cartas dragón no sería un plus que otorgue demasiada ventaja. Dicho todo esto la opción es claramente agua pero no con el invocador KELYA sino con ALRIC.

• El oponente sabe que para 27 de maná General SLOAN es muy OP y decide usarla con una variación de reemplazar a venari.
• Usar a TRUTHSPEAKER no es muy buena opción ya que todos obtendrán escudo por la condición de batalla, en su lugar hubiese colocado más ataque a distancia.

Aquí evidentemente tengo una ventaja muy amplia, ya que vida no es fuerte contra magia a menos que use mucho ataque con velocidad, cosa que no lo aplica en este caso en específico

Ronda 1:

• La batalla inicia con TIME MAGE disminuyendo la velocidad de todos sus oponentes. OSHANNUS y ICE PIXIE por su gran velocidad hacen de las suyas y logran derrotar al tanque enemigo.
• El oponente trata de contratar rápidamente con TIME MAGE y PELADOR a pesar del poder destructivo de Pelacor nuestro CRUEL SETHROPOD logra soportar el contra ataque, pero sin duda el poder ofensivo enemigo es demasiado gracias a SLOAN y nuestra carta temática cae, no sin antes acabar con CELESTIAL HARPY Y TRUTHSPEAKER.
• Aquí acontece que RIVER HELLONDALE entra en acción usando su habilidad especial haciendo que SETHROPOD reviva para seguir protegiendo a los suyos.

Ronda 2:

• Al inicio de la ronda 2 ya está todo decidido, ya que las cartas que posee el enemigo son de muy bajo maná y no logran resistir el ataque mágico de OSHANNUS, y derrotan fácilmente una a una las cartas enemigas.

• CRUEL SETHROPOD debe estar sí o sí en tu colección, desde mi punto de vista sigo prefiriendo a KELP como tanque por el plus de velocidad, pero claramente esto a nivel 1, y sin duda la idea es ir mejorando nuestro juego y para eso debemos jugar con cartas de mayor nivel y esta nueva carta de la Edición CHAOS LEGION nos da la posibilidad de obtenerla a un nivel bueno por un precio accesible.
• En batallas de ligas superiores sin duda el Sneak es algo de temer y aquí puede ser muy bien usada la estrategia de doble tanque, sin duda eso nos dará ventaja.
• Una carta que no posee habilidades se puede creer que es una desventaja pero sin duda con las condiciones de batallas adecuadas esta carta puede ser la clave para ganar.

Then we will talk about a technical analysis of the card, describing in depth its strengths and weaknesses, mentioning the conditions of battles in which it is most useful as such, and gives us some advantage to be able to win.
We will continue with an economic analysis, discussing whether it is necessary or not to invest in this card, clearly it is not an investment advice but I will describe everything from my point of view as such. We will mention some battles and describe what is right what is wrong and what should have been done, clearly I am not an expert but I have some experience in strategy games so I think I can contribute in that sense.

Our card of the week is of a purely defensive nature, for 3 mana, do you think it is a good tank? Let's analyze all the tanks that exist in Water described in the following table:

It seems that the three cards described above are the most used tanks of the water type, someone may object and include TORHILO THE FROZEN but I consider that this card is used specifically for battles against magic. If we compare our thematic card with each one of them I think that in every area it loses, because the three tanks that we described were used at least in my parts for totally different conditions, for example: for low mana battles without a doubt KELP is one of the best options since its low mana makes it very useful and more for the speed it can dodge several attacks and as you level up you can increase its life and speed.
Between SERPENT OF ELD and DiemondShark you can believe that both can be equally useful, however I think the first is one foot ahead and that is thanks to its ability to fly which makes it possible to dodge several or many enemy attacks, however DiemondShark I think it is more useful in case you think the enemy can use magic and certainly its large life can make the difference in a battle of such magnitude.
Undoubtedly the above tanks are much better than our card of the week but before concluding so quickly let's see what are the stats and observe in detail what it can offer us.
Go looking at his Stats is not bad at all, 3 shield and if we combine with the summoner KELYA get +1 in shield and speed which strengthens it considerably, I think it can be taken into account although I still believe that it is not superior to the cards shown above but what if in certain battle conditions we can not use those cards, that's where our star card should shine.

Keep in mind that KELP is not one of the STARTER cards, for this reason not everyone has it, that said, it may be a good option to think about CRUEL SETHROPOD, mainly because it will be cheaper to level it up than other cards mentioned.

If we look at the historical price in the last quarter and clearly has an upward trend and this is due to the new reward system where they indicate that for each starter card used in battle will reduce the DEC won. went from costing $0.04 to $0.08 doubling its value, although you can see a peak indicating that it has had a maximum of $0.11, this suggests that most likely in the future can reach this value even exceed it. For this silver 2 battle we have the Armored UP and Healed Out conditions that will grant shield and healing effects are negated. Mana battles of 27 GENERAL SLOAN I think it is an excellent choice, the problem is that there is no healing for that reason would be in vain, Dragon I do not consider a good choice because there is already armor to all splinter, the power to use dragon cards would not be a plus that gives too much advantage. Having said all this the option is clearly water but not with the summoner KELYA but with ALRIC.

Here I obviously have a very wide advantage, since life is not strong against magic unless I use a lot of speed attacks, which does not apply in this specific case.

Round 1

• The battle starts with TIME MAGE slowing down all his opponents. OSHANNUS and ICE PIXIE for their great speed make theirs and manage to defeat the enemy tank.

Round 2

• At the beginning of round 2 everything is already decided, since the enemy cards are very low mana and cannot resist OSHANNUS' magic attack, and easily defeat the enemy cards one by one.

• CRUEL SETHROPOD must be in your collection, from my point of view I still prefer KELP as a tank for the plus of speed, but clearly this at level 1, and certainly the idea is to improve our game and for that we must play with higher level cards and this new card from the CHAOS LEGION Edition gives us the possibility to get it at a good level for an affordable price.
• In higher league battles the Sneak is undoubtedly something to be feared and here can be very well used the double tank strategy, no doubt that will give us an advantage.
• A card that has no skills can be believed to be a disadvantage but certainly with the right battle conditions this card can be the key to win.
