At least they are making progress on it and I agree that the cooldown time is annoying. People have to be careful with that when they first place things down on their land plots.

I wouldn't call it annoying. It's there for renting/delegating too, and we got used to it. The problem is, in this case, it's much easier to make a mistake, with the new interface, rules not everyone fully understand and with a simple "+" and "Save" that locks the cards for 3 days.
