Splinterlands 48th Season of Glint, Merits and SPS

The Splinterlands season ended earlier this week so I want to review my rewards and check up on some things in the game. I didn't get as many fights as I would like in Modern because I have been more focused on Frontier. I did have to do some fights during the last few days, but it wasn't too many.

Season Rewards

I ended up with 2,695 Glint for last season, which is slightly less than what I was getting before. I didn't start as early as last time, but I managed to get the fights in during the last few days

I did get two league advancement rewards in Modern. I got more cards this time around, and I am glad to see two rare cards amongst the bunch.

No jackpot cards this time, but two gold foil rare cards are nice.

I went for two rare cards this time around because I don't have enough Glint for an epic.

Gladius Packs

I got 4 packs this time around, and the opening seems better than last time. 2 gold foil common cards and one epic card this time around.

I was able to upgrade my Trapp Falloway to level 4. It gains the weaken ability, but it's too bad that I can't use this card anywhere due to my archon levels.

SPS

My SPS rewards were lower than last time. I didn't miss any brawls, but my guild didn't place as well in Brawls.

I plan on staking all of the SPS I got from staking for a total of 123.919 SPS. The total SPS was around what I usually expected if I factor in the time difference.

Conclusion

This season was mixed. I did my fights late into the season, and my rewards in terms of SPS were lower. However, I did get some decent luck with some Frontier packs and gladius packs so it wasn't the wrost.
