# Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 27 Report Card

The next season is coming to a close so I decided to check how things went last season. I am doing the strategy of fighting out in Silver for most of the season and then advancing towards the last few days for some gold chests. My plan is to end the season in Gold II so I can continue farming Silver chests for most of the season and my rewards have been looking better compared to just staying inside Silver for the entire season.

My ratio is even lower than last season and it has only gotten tougher to win matches. I did hear that the anti-bot measures will be played soon so I wonder if the fights will get easier then. I do think that I cut it a bit close by advancing over a day before the season ends so I will be watching to see where I am before I advance.

The number of cards that I got was about the same but I think the quality was better. I may have gotten fewer gold foil cards but I did get 2 legendary and 1 epic card. I also got a chaos legion pack and it's my first pack in a few months. So I definitely think the season was great. The potions were about the same and the SPS/merits were up though.

The rentals are down a bit more again but it's starting to level off. I wonder if things will change because of the anti-bot measures. The bots might not rent out the same cards if they have to go to wild format.

My timing on when I collected my staking and ranked rewards were a bit off. So my numbers are up from last time. I do think that they are about the same as last time if I collected them at the same time frame.
The strategy worked out this time and so far it's 2 out of 3 times with decent rewards. I'll see how things go for the next season but I do think ending the season in Gold league is better than not doing so.
