Como estan mis amigos de esta genial ¨Inspired by Nature Community¨:  Me he dado cuenta que últimamente estoy utilizando nuestra comunidad para hacer un poco de catarsis, y vaya se uno se siente mejor al compartir un poco la carga emocional. A lo largo de los años utilicé muchas maneras de equilibrar las emisiones, pero los mejores resultados los obtuve cuando estuve cerca de la naturaleza, es por eso que cada vez que tengo que visitar la ciudad por consultas médicas, equilibrio el estrés provocado caminado en entornos colmados de naturaleza

How are you my friends of this great ¨Inspired by Nature Community¨:  I've noticed lately that I've been using our community for a bit of catharsis, and boy does it feel better to share a bit of the emotional baggage. Over the years I have used many ways to balance emissions, but the best results were when I was close to nature, that's why every time I have to visit the city for medical consultations, I balance the stress caused by walking in environments full of nature


Estoy viendo borroso al momento de escribir el post, hoy me toco visitar a varios profesionales de la salud, entre ellos el ¨oculista¨ quién practico un fondo de ojo, la razón de mi mala visión, según sus indicaciones el efecto durara varias horas; lo bueno de esto, es que los resultados salieron muy bien. Con la nutricionista no me fue tan bien, tenia indicado bajar de peso, pero eso no sucedió, ahora me tengo que ajustar a una dieta estricta. La que se puso muy feliz al ver los resultados clínicos es la ¨diabetóloga¨, hemos bajado el ¨nivel¨ de ¨azúcar¨ en un 50%, además, no hay síntomas en otros órganos que hayan sido afectados por la ¨diabetes¨

Ella estima que por la ¨diabetes¨ puedo conseguir el 30%, por el problema lumbar un 40%, el otro 10% por los problemas ¨cardiacos¨, si esto se da, ya no dependería totalmente de lo que puedo generar en nuestra compañía. Tengo que admitir que estaba muy preocupado con este tema, pero después de hablar con la diabetóloga, tengo la esperanzas de generar nuevos ingresos para asumir el gasto de los tratamientos

En la caminata de hoy nos encontramos con esta hermosa planta, que en otra oportunidad ya les había enseñado algunas fotografías de ella, pero nunca hable de su nombre científico ¨ Spathiphyllum¨:  Esta es una planta que a pesar de que requiere un ¨clima¨ ¨templado¨ se adaptó muy bien al ¨clima¨¨caluroso¨ de la región, por esta condición es común ver que las personas la utilizan como una planta de interior

On today's walk we came across this beautiful plant, which on another occasion had already shown you some photographs of it, but I never spoke of its scientific name ¨ Spathiphyllum¨:  This is a plant that, despite requiring a "temperate" climate, adapted very well to the "hot climate" of the region , for this condition it is common to see that people use it as an indoor plant


Otra hermosa planta que pudimos hacer bellas tomas fotografías con nuestra cámara ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ es esta que aquí lo conocemos como ¨Hortensia¨conocida con el nombre científico de ¨Hydrangea¨:  aquí se siembra por los hermosos colores de sus flores, que dependiendo de su especie cambian de color. Una planta que se desarrolla mucho, hay que considerar su crecimiento antes de sembrar en el jardín, ya que dependiendo de la especie que escojas, pueden ser de gran crecimiento demandando mucho espacio. Estar en cercanía a la vida natural ha sido una excelente manera de lidiar y equilibrar mis emociones

Another beautiful plant that we were able to take beautiful photographs with our ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ camera is this one that we know here as ¨Hortensia¨known by the scientific name of ¨Hydrangea¨:  here it is planted for the beautiful colors of its flowers, which change color depending on their species. A plant that develops a lot, you have to consider its growth before planting in the garden, since depending on the species you choose, they can be very growing, demanding a lot of space. Being in close proximity to natural life has been a great way to deal with and balance my emotions

Recently I happened to read about these lovely flowers, hydrangeas and the reason for the different colors of their flowers. This is very interesting! I remember two years ago visiting a friend who was very eager to show me the beautiful hydrangeas in her garden. Yes, these flowers are also grown here. But they were never grown in the garden of the house where I grew up. And as if all the houses that I remember from my childhood did not grow the same flowers - in each one different ones were grown, and this is very strange. 🤔
I really hoped that things would improve with you in terms of health. 😕 And I am very sorry to hear that this has not happened yet.
On the other hand, if you really rely on Hive to cover basic expenses, then you're in luck. Where I live, the standard of living is very high and I don't think that's possible.

Yes, health has not improved much, the sciatic nerve is prevailing.
