It is also unfortunate for this country that every succeeding government cancels the programs of the previous governments and starts experimenting with new projects. No good project continues. Thus, time and wealth are wasted. There is also waste. No one has accounted for the loss of national wealth till today. The agriculture sector has not been given attention nor its modern methods have been tried. The people living in the villages are still living a poor life. The people living in the villages People are not members of this state? Most of the national exchequer is spent on urban population. Even after seventy years, the condition of the villages has not changed. 63% of the country's population lives in villages, there is no ministry or plan for its development. The government cannot show any model villages where education, Basic facilities like health, employment are provided. Do people living in villages do not pay taxes. Do they have less voting power?
