NEUTRAL SPLINTER TRAITS MAPPING COMPILATION

This post will compile the traits mapping compilation specially for Neutral Splinter. This series have been made in the past months as complement to the attack type traits mapping series. The fact is there's not much to be seen, because in fact there's only limited number of Neutral Splinter cards.

The notion that Neutral Splinter are inferior compared to other elemental splinter are found to be not entirely true. My conclusion is their melee cards might somehow lower than the other splinter; but the ranged cards and magic cards show no significant difference.
