The Best Summoner for Stampede Rule of Combat

However, only those who can master all the rules of combat are the only ones that can efficiently control the game. And when you talk about Stampede rules of combat, there's no better example than Possibilus the Wise.

Given the low price of cryptocurrency, $10.50 is a bit high. You need roughly 35 HIVE for each copy or 11,212 DEC for each. This price is a bit inefficient and it would be a lot better if you would rent one instead.
However, if it's part of your core strategy and you have the funds, it's good to buy it so you don't have to think about any rentals getting cancelled especially when you are trying to achieve a specific rank in the leaderboards.

For only 0.98 DEC per day for a level 1, renting Possibilus the Wise is a must. You can use it even with the starter cards which tells you how strong this summoner is. Not to mention, you only need a level 1 legendary to play max Bronze cap so this gives you a lot of flexibility in lower league.

Stats | Possibilus the Wise
Possibilus the Wise is a legendary summoner for Water Splinter from the Chaos Legion.
I have a bias opinion for legendary summoners as I think they are the most efficient summoners in the game. At level 1, you can have max Bronze level cap. A level 2 can have max Silver level cap, and so on and so forth.
+2 Max Health. Increases the team's max health by 2.
Increased max health is always appreciated since Splinterlands, as its core, is a fight where the player that has 0 health on all of its monsters loses.
The higher the max health, the lower the chance of losing.

Reach (Inherent). Allows melee monsters in 2nd position to perform an attack during their turn.
Reach is a very limited ability since unlike Sneak or Opportunity, only the monster on second position is affected. However, just like in this core build, that limited ability is enough not only to fix the weakness of Coastal Sentry, but fix its weakness without sacrificing her attack power.

Trample (Inherent). Allows a second attack if the monster with Trample does the killing blow.
Trample only works when a melee monster activates it. A range or mage monster with Trample does not activate its effect. So, when you use Possibilus the Wise and grants your team the Trample ability, it's best to use a full melee team to abuse its power.
Just make sure not to build a melee Sneak team because Trample only attacks the monster on the front and not at the back. This means a monster with Sneak melee that kills the monster in 6th or final position stops and doesn't attack the one at the 1st or 5th for their Trample effect.

Stats | Coastal Sentry
Coastal Sentry is a very interesting monster. She's one of those glass cannon types. She has high attack and low health making her almost impossible to be played as a full tank just like Death Splinter's Possessed Puppet.
However, Splinterlands always has ways to work around these limitations and when combined with the proper summoner, she's one of the strongest melee monster from the Water Splinter.

At level 1, Double Strike is unlocked. Allows this monster to attack twice in one round.
Combining this with Trample, each attack can activate the Trample ability if ever she kills the opponent per attack meaning she can potentially attack 4 times in one round given you have Possibilus as your summoner.
Worse, if the rule of combat is Stampede, each attack can activate Trample, which then activates Stampede, meaning you can have two Stampedes each round for this one monster.
At level 6, Piercing is unlocked. Any excess damage to armor that is done by this monster is done to health as well.
This is a good ability in combination with Trample and Stampede rule of combat. Normally, you can simply stop any Stampede by using Kelya Frendul or Venari Wavesmith or any monster and summoner that adds armor. This neutralizes that strategy and allows infinite rampage for Coastal Sentry.

At level 10, Knockout is unlocked. Monsters with Knockout ability does double damage to stunned opponents.
While this works with the first two abilities including the complementing abilities from Possibilus the Wise, the problem is that your opponent needs to be under stunned status for this to activate. This means you MUST have another monster with Stun ability and have that Stun ability triggered first. In other words, there's a lot of required preparation in order to activate this ability's effect.

αͺIαEαα
Possibilus the Wise: Gives 2 max health to your team, Trample and Reach increasing overall power for Melee focused builds.
- Diemonshark: Balanced defensive monster that has both high health and armor.
- Coastal Sentry: Main offense of this build. Possibilus the Wise's Reach ability helps her survive better without sacrificing her damage by allowing her attack in a safer 2nd position. Her Double Strike ability allows the double activation of Trample and Stampede.
- Demented Shark: His Inspire ability increases the team's melee damage by 1. Unfortunately, since he's on third position, he cannot attack until he goes to 2nd position when Diemonshark dies.
- Feasting Seaweed: A substitute for Deeplurker. His lower Speed was sacrificed for a lower mana cost. Can still use Trample ability as long as the target is not in last position.
- Torrent Fiend: A 0 mana cost monster. I added him at the back to serve as an attack target for any Sneak and Opportunity monster my opponent may use. This also protects my Feasting Seaweed from being killed early if my opponent used any Sneak-focused team.

αͺIαͺ YOαα αTαα©TEGY α―OαKEαͺ?
Yes. This is my go-to strategy before but this still works really good even right now. This strategy of Possibilus Melees are strong especially in Silver but as you can see, can still work quite well in Bronze.
What makes this strategy more deadly in Stampede rules of combat is that each monster can potentially end the game in one round.
Unfortunately, my opponent has a summoner and monster that adds armor to their monsters but if there's no armor provided, one death can potentially end this game.

α―αΌα©T α―Iαͺαͺ YOα TαY αͺIα΄α΄EαEαTαͺY αEαT TIα°E?
For this battle, there is nothing I would change since the mana is lacking. The full core of this build can only be expressed on Silver level by adding another Inspire ability through River Heliondale and removing Torrent Fiend for Deeplurker.
That gives everyone, except River Heliondale, an extra 2 melee damage. The higher the melee damage, the higher the chance you can kill an opponent with your attack, therefore, activating Trample ability and Stampede rule of combat, consecutively.

π«π πππ ππππ Possibilus the Wise x Coastal Sentry in Stampede Rules of Combat ? πΎππ ππ πΎππ πππ?
Yes. This combination is really strong. Another fortunate coincidence is that only Demented Shark and Feasting Seaweed are from the Untamed Series, meaning after the release of Rebellion, if you're at least Silver league, you can still use this strategy by changing Demented Shark with a level 2 River Heliondale.
We don't know what cards we would get with the new Rebellion Series so if there's another melee Opportunity monster, or monster with Inspire ability, those monsters may be adapted in this build.
