The Tale of Eryndoril Morth'lana

Eryndoril Morth’lana, or more known as the Rune Arcanist, is more than a spellcaster. She is a turning point in Splinterlands history. Born from the House Morth’lana in the Kingdom of Thanaloria, she has the mastery of both earth and water. This unique Elf unit can be a strong substitute for your tanks while making them weaker by her presence and every touch while dancing around opponent's magic. A scary sorceress that grows stronger when monsters fall.

The Tale of Eryndoril Morth'lana
From Thanaloria’s ancient stone,
Where runes were carved and power grown,
Rune Arcanist, calm and wise,
Controlling both earth and tides.
When Rage’s dragons scarred the land,
She did not flee, she chose to stand.
Her sigils burned with measured might,
A scholar forged to live and fight.
To Mount Redwyrm their path was drawn,
Through ash-filled skies at breaking dawn.
Beside the mage, through flame and fear,
Her magic held the ending clear.
Within the lair, where wyrms conspire,
She bent the waves and broke the fire.
Old dragon spells fell thin and torn,
As runes stood fast where hope was born.
A life was saved, the mage still breathes,
Because protected him and did what she did.
The rebellion lived. It's not a lie.
Now she still fights where rifts collide,
With Riftwatchers and rebel's side.
Against the Chaos's endless tide,
Rune Arcanist fights and does not hide.

One of my friends saw me playing Splinterlands in school and since she read my random poems from time to time. She asked if I do poems of the monsters and archons as well. It never crossed my mind but that was actually a good question and that made me want to start doing Splinterlands inspired poems.
Honestly, while I read the lore as I do the rhymes for Rune Arcanist, I felt like a bard from a fantasy world. It's like those characters you see in animes who writes about the tales of the hero and their journey. It's a strange feeling as I do this but something I am willing to welcome.
