Lore

The spreading blight on the continent of Praetoria twisted both the land and its people.
Plants and animals were the first to become corrupted. Fungus sprouted from vegetation and gave them sentience. Animals grew extra limbs, heads, and grew to extraordinary sizes.
Then the people fell ill. Some thought it was from the plague brought about by Doctor Blight. Others thought perhaps it was from the poisonous gases that seeped from the fissures near the volcano.
Whatever it was, those who survived the sickness were changed. They mutated, grew stronger, and were filled with an uncontrollable rage. Some were unable to control that rage and went on murderous rampages. Others fought to maintain their sanity long enough to protect their family, friends, and neighbors from themselves. They fled into the Jade Thicket, where they became as feral as the wild animals of the continent.
The people of Praetoria referred to them as Radiated Brutes.

Rental Cost

Common Cards from Chaos Legion are really cheap right now. This is showed by how high levels of the card can be rented at such a small price. If you're going to rent Radiated Brute, get the higher level ones. You need to have a Summoner that also had enough levels in order for you to use that level of your card. If you're not planning to rent a higher level summoner or you don't have one, you can play Radiated Brute for free upon paying for the spellbook.

Buy/Sell Cost

Radiated brute can be purchased right now for less than tenth of a dollar. Buying multiple cheap cards then leveling it up is a good way to produce a strong line up. Purchasing Radiated Brute right now is efficient as this card would be increasing in prices in the future especially when supply run out.

Card Stats

Radiated Brute, as its name, holds immense strength. Even with low speed, once it hits, it hits a pack. With a devastating 2 damage and 5 health, when paired with Tarsa increasing both of those stats by 1, you would fear him as she tears out your team in seconds.

Card Effect

Enrage || Has 1.5 increased Melee attack damage and Speed when damaged.
Reach || Melee attack Monsters with the Reach ability may attack from the second position on the team.

Radiated Brute's effects shows the lore behind it. The reach shows the mutation of the arms while Enrage provides a higher damage and speed the more she gets damaged. These two is very fitting of being a Radiated Brute.

When to use

As long as you're not constricted with rules and are not allowed to use her, you should be doing so especially alongside with Tarsa. With the reach ability and high health, she's fitting to be a secondary tank while dealing damage behind your main.

When not to use

I avoid using Radiated Brute when there's a Rule Set that inflicts damage to your team. This would be Explosive Weaponry, Noxious Fumes, and Earthquake Rule Sets.

Battle

Battle Replay

This is the positioning I used for this battle:

A red vs White matchup. I'm certainly outnumbered but I am 100% not outdamaged. It's a competition of quality vs quantity. My team is leading with Living Lava followed by Radiated Brute, Tenyii Striker, Serpentine Spy, and Scavo Chemist.

Round 1

End of Round 1 is not promising. My Living Lava got fairly damaged while I haven't dealth too much to Chaos Knight. My back row assassins though are starting to achieve their goal.

Round 2

By end of Round 2, Truthspeaker and Lone Boatman dies from Serpentine Spy and Tenyii Striker respectively.

Round 3

With the death of Tenyii Striker, the back row are now armorless. Another kill has been done with Herbalist and Xenith Archer being the victim. Unfortunately, Living Lava also kicked the bucket leaving Radiated Brute as my substitute tank.

Round 4

Game ended in Round 4 when Chaos Knight and Time Mage died.
