I realize you probably don't have a lot of time, motivation and energy to post regularly, still great to see you "back"!
I had a similar experience, earlier this year, thanks God not to the extend you had yours, ours was related to the water supply system in our house, so far it costs us a few thousand EUR and bills and invoices f*ckin keep coming in. Probably one day I'll post my story and it will definitely be a very grumpy and angry one, LOL.
I hope you find the best price for these pieces and some money are left for new investments too ;)
