Talk with them, when under justified mistakes and depending on what was the reason for the violation, it might be lifted. Just saying because we all do mistakes. Of course, the first chance is usually a big compromise... after that, people get burned to death. And it's not guaranteed =)

Under blockchain we can see everything... and people don't realize how easy its to track things down. 😀
