Splinterlands Art Contest Week 191! Recycling my last idea

Personally, I don't like to participate in the Art Contest Week in Splinterlands because I'm not an artist and I don't think I have the skills to try to compete...BUT I already started preparing a new PixelArt for the Emote Contest, which has been "closed" temporarily.

So I'll just use the last GIF I created, the one I put the most effort into, to participate in this contest, analyzing my last results, probably I will not take an upvote either...well, who cares? I did a new GIF and I just want to share it, for my personal fun.

SO, using the site Pixilart I drew a stylized Djinn Oshannus jumping out of the water, with a thumb up.

Obviously this amazing illustration is my inspiration

Now, the GIF for the contest had to be 16x16 Pixels, so I drew it in that shape, after finding out that the contest was closed, I just made the 16x16 images bigger to use them as a decent-sized GIF, but obviously, the details are not that accurate.

The first image is "OshannusLess" because I wanted him to jump out of the water to "surprise" the spectator.
And I chose the wrong colors, that was the first try.

These are the final colors, it is not image #1 but it is #3, the sky and the sea eventually have a decent color. I used the clouds to give "dynamicity" to the scene, and I added shadows.

And it is the final Djinn Oshannus...before I added shades, splashing water, and clouds.

I decided to give a "horizontal" movement of 1 pixel per frame and a "vertical" movement of 3 pixels per frame because I thought that in theory something coming out from the water would be quicker than the clouds in the background.

So after taking 7 pixel-art images, I modified them all to add details, and using Ezgif I put them together to have a credible scene:

In 16x16 pixels it's not really enjoyable, I did the 96x96 too:

It would be acceptable...if we were in 1999 and I was using a modem 56k to see it...so I modified again the pics, to have them in a "normal" shape and use them to create a "big" GIF.

And this is the final form...unfortunately it was thought of to be a 16x16 pixel pic, so it probably looks poor in details...but I don't care :)

And that's all, I'll call this GIF:

"Djinn Oshannus approves, but not too much".
