Pixel Noob: Dibujando a Spineback Turtle (Pixel art & timelapse) [ENG-ESP]

For this occasion I share with you this art that I made taking as reference the card Spineback turtle.
This is a pixel made in 256 x 256 using the 1 standard palette with my own personalized colors.
The drawing is done using Aseprite.
This art took me 137 minutes to finish.

Para esta ocasión les comparto este arte que hice tomando como referencia la carta Spineback turtle.
Este es un pixel hecho en 256 x 256 usando de partida la paleta standard con colores personalizados por mi.
El dibujo es hecho usando Aseprite.
Este arte me llevo terminarlo 137 minutos.

First of all, I start by making the main spine that crowns the top, because I already have in mind the colors I will use. And once they are on, I begin to outline what the turtle shell is. To achieve this I use vertical symmetry which is perfect for this occasion.
En primer lugar comienzo por hacer la espina principal que corona la parte superior, porque ya tengo en mente los colores que usare. Y una vez puestos, comienzo a hacer el delineado de lo que es el caparazón de la tortuga. Para lograrlo uso la simetría vertical que es perfecta para esta ocasión.
In this part I finish the outline of the turtle, with its shell and the spines that come from different parts. And I start to color it in its shell, leaving the legs and head to paint.
En esta parte termino el delineado de la tortuga, con su caparazón y las espinas que salen de distintas partes.Y la empiezo a colorear en su caparazón, quedando las patas y la cabeza por pintar.
I paint and color the head and legs, the turtle is almost ready and finished, I adjust some details mainly in its head and eyes.
Pinto y coloreo la cabeza y las patas, ya la tortuga esta casi lista y terminada, ajusto unos detalles principalmente en su cabeza y los ojos.
I make some color adjustments, I add a dark background color in an 8 x 8 Bayer Mayer pattern that contrasts with the turtle, looking good.
I add my signature and my logo, leaving the turtle finished.
Hago unos ajustes de color, agrego un color de fondo oscuro en un patrón de bayer mayer 8 x 8 que hace contraste con la tortuga quedando bien.
Agrego mi firma y mi logo, quedando terminada la tortuga.
This was an art that presented the challenge of making the wrinkles and spines of the turtle, I found it very entertaining to do it. The legs presented a bit of a challenge, but it was okay.

Hola @manclar, las espinas y la mirada asesina de la tortuga quedó muy bien. La creación me ha generado la duda de la elección del color verde, por algún motivo? Sobre el fondo oscuro queda genial.

La verdad que si, ha quedado muy molona. Pero yo sigo prefiriendo mis artes en blanco y negro, es solo que bueno, yo se que a mi publico le resulta fascinante cuando dibujo a color, y toca.
¡El color verde porque come muchos vegetales! 😀 , así que recomiendo discreción si te le acercas jajajajaja

Ese fondo de aspirinas "Bayer Mayer" que dices mola. Al estar la parte oscura abajo hace como de sombra y le da un montón de profundidad a la tortu 💪
