Just bought another Rift - Time Meddler

What’s up my fellow splinterlands players!

I hope all of you are enjoying an awesome day and also enjoying the game in your meantime as well. The time is passing fast and we only only 6 days and 15 hours left before this season end so all of us have to collect as much loot chests as possible from both daily focus and season rewards. As for me, I am still battling in Diamond I and almost having the same place comparing with last day when I stopped playing for today. But, as I got one of the good focus missions LIFE today, I successfully collected 8 focus chests and also filled my season reward bar with 23 chests. But I didn't maintain my ECR well and played it down to 59% again so I have to keep an eye on it from now on.

No doubt as the time is passing by, reaching into Champion Tier is getting harder and harder. So, in order to keep collection worthy of playing in Diamond and Champ, I am constantly upgrading my playing deck over time by buying max cards off market. I am particularly focused on buying Riftwatchers cards now a days. As due to the recent market crash, splinterlands card prices has gone a bit lower now, I am trying to buy one by one of them all into my collection. Just yesterday I bought 2 important Rift cards And today also, I bought another one as max level and added it into my playing collection. As you have already guessed from the thumbnail above, it is none other than the Time Meddler and not to mention, this monster is my first maxed out Life Rift card that I added into my active collection today.

Time Meddler

Time Meddler is a newly launched common type rift card that belongs to the Life Splinter and this monster is already making chaos in battlefield. It costs 8 mana to be used in battles and it’s attack type is magic. This new High mana cost rift card is super usable against melee and range attacks which I am about to talk about below.

If we look into this card’s tier wise stats and abilities, it can be considered as a good attack evading card with decent speed and Evade ability since it’s beginning stage. On the other hand, it gets the Return Fire ability from level 6 and the Thorns ability at level 10 which makes this card super defensive against ranged and melee attacks. So, for an 8 mana cost, I think this magic thrower will give very positive feedback if being used in medium to high mana limit matches.

Abilities

Evade - Because of the Evade ability, this monster now has more chance to dodge enemy melee and range attacks.

Return Fire - This monster will damage back enemy attackers whenever get attacked by range monsters.

Thorns - Because of the thorns ability, this monster will reverse damage enemy attackers when getting hit by melee monsters.

Market Stat

This awesome Rift common card is currently selling for very cheap right now and starting from only 0.10$ per BCX which will cost you about 155.99 DEC. I also bought at almost the same price and paid about 40.549$ for a total of 400 BCX cards. As usual, I used the monstermarket.io website to buy the required cards and used credits as my purchasing currency and got 1848.222 DEC as cashback this time.

I always use credits when I want to buy cards with hive or HBD because it saves me some time and a little TRX cost of converting hive -> swap.hive -> DEC and also the monster market offers their 3% instant dec cashback when purchasing with Credits too. So why not take the win-win road!
