Reached Diamond I tier so soon in this season!

Greetings to all my fellow Splinterlands players!

I hope you all are well and enjoying the weekend with your family and friends. Well, for me I have taken a long vacation and was off from my work life. So right now I am trying to get focused fully into the game. I hope you all are also busy playing and learning this awesome game and with the launch of the newest soul bounded reward card-set, it’s inevitable that the gameplay style is soon gonna change by a whole new level and the faster we upgrade these new reward cards and adapt ourselves with them, the better it would be for us to perform in the battlefield. There are total 43 different types of reward cards in this new reward set and I think in order to max them out, we have to play well for a while now.

Since the start of this ongoing season, I am playing the ranked matches hard and already reached Diamond I league the last day after extensive playing but no doubt it also affected my ECR badly and right now I am sitting on only around 51% ECR. If you don’t know after you reach below 50% ECR rate, afterwards the ECR reduction for playing every ranked match would be double and you will lose your ECR way faster than when above 50%. So, I guess that’s a clear sign for me to take a break for a day or 2 from ranked playing until my ECR get recharged back into a healthy position. I know it is always a good practice to play responsibly and keep your ECR always above 80-85% for a continuous healthy earning. But due to my marriage and honeymoon vacation, I was away from my PC for almost a month and was only playing splinterlands from my mobile, the experience of which sucks to be honest. So I was missing playing this game on PC badly and couldn’t hold myself when I get back home and played like a maniac for these last 3 days. But I got my lesson and will now take care of my ECR better so that I wont spoil my ECR balance and thus earnings.

Now, looking forward to my season progress, today I got the Impair as my daily focus mission and completed the mission by collecting total 8 focus reward chests and stopped playing for today. I already told in my previous post that the team splinterlands has already began distributing the newest soul bounded reward cards and the distribution rule of 1 chest containing only 1 card has also being changed to multiple cards. If you are playing and already claimed one or more focus rewards in this current season, you may experienced getting more than one reward cards from those focus chests and so do I. Well, this is another reason which boosted my extensive playing of ranked matches as I was getting even 8-10 cards from just one reward chests. I badly want to collect as many of these reward cards as possible and then make them max levels so that I can actually use them in battles and thus, I am just focusing on collecting more and more daily focus and season chests. Now talking about season chests, I have collected 21 so far and having another 10 days in hand, I think that in this season, I can cross my goal of collecting more than 60 season chests. Now, let us look into my today’s focus reward outcome at below.

As you can see from the screenshot above, out of those 8 reward chests, 5 chests have produced the new soul bounded reward cards and from each one of them, I received multiple BCX cards. This time, I got 10 BCX of common card GOBSON BOMBER, 6 BCX of DRYBONE BARBARIAN common cards, 6 BCX of SWAMP SPITTER common cards, 7 BCX rare RIVERBOAT CAPTAIN cards and 2 BCX of the rare WAR PEGASUS cards along with another 2 reward chests containing total 4.514 SPS and the last reward chest containing 23 legendary potions. As for playing Diamond league, I am getting way more BCX of cards from each of those reward chests and I guess the numbers will even increase further when I reach and play in Champ league. So, the faster I reach into the mighty Champ III tier, the better it would be.

I have only played and collected rewards from 3 daily focus missions so far but looking at my soul bounded reward cards collection, I have done collecting a bunch of them already and pleased with the accumulation growth. As you can see from the above screenshot, I have already collected at least one type of card from each splinter but till now, I have only got common and rare types of cards and no sign of legendary or epics or those new summoners yet. Among them, I really liked the rare magic card Riverboat Captain from the Eater splinter and the rare Ravenhood Warden from death splinter. I think there will be a higher possibility of getting epic and legendary cards when I reach and play in Champ league and as currently I am battling in Diamond I with a current trophy count of 3518, I will be needing only another 200 trophies to teach my goal league. Now, respecting my current ECR condition, I think within next 2-3 day I will be able to reach there and with that, I will still have a week to battle and collect more juicy rewards in champ.
