Splinterlands | my Season Earnings and Rewards

What’s up my fellow splinterlands players!

I hope all of you are having an awesome day with your family and friends and also enjoying this game at its best. If you are a regular player just like me, you should have opened your season reward chests by now, as I have opened and collected them soon after the season end. As always a new ranked season has began already and right now, we only have less than 12 days to fight in this bloody battlefield and prove our worth. So I hope most of you have already started your journey back again and laddering up those tiers one by one. For me, last season I completed my playing at champ II tier and even after days of battling hard and spending some good amount after renting cards I am missing in my collection, I couldn't manage a place for myself in the top 10 of the champion lb and only got 40k dec as lb war for being in the top 20. But I am happy with this achievement and a large portion of my spending after renting and buying energies were also got recovered with the lb dec rewards. Now I will be trying even harder in this season to reach the same goal.

Now, let us take a quick peak at my season rewards and as you can look in the screenshot above, those are the rewards that I received from the last season in where I collected a total of 78 champion level reward chests. I got total 229.293 SPS, 2 Chaos Legion packs, 1,917 merits and hundreds of potions along with a good bunch of cards from those season chests. If you look at the cards, I am so lucky to receive a whooping number of gold foil common and rare reward cards in this season and some of them are even summoners which pumped up my thrill even more. Not only those but I also received 2 legendary cards, 5 epic cards and all rest rare and common cards. Among all these cards, I would like to select the legendary Aves Strugis as my best pull because I didn't have even a single BCX of this card in my inventory before. I would also like to add here that these good bunch of cards also helped me to upgrade some more of my soul bound reward cards into max level which will help me even better in this season onwards and I hope to find the rest of them sooner as I continue playing.

Now, after looking at the season end rewards, let us now look at my earnings throughout the last season including all rewards from daily focus and season and my battle SPS earnings as well. As you can see from the picture above that I shared, I earned a total of 1405.75 battle SPS and 921.47 SPS from reward chests. I also received total 3 chaos packs in this season which is a bit less than usual but I don’t mind it and just hope to pull more in the future. I also got a good amount of merits throughout the last season, total 6830 which is enough to buy me 3 gladius packs, nut currently I am saving up all my merits until I reach a total of 100k and gladly I am pretty close to achieving that by now. Now, looking at all the cards that I received, the best pull in the last season should be that 3 x gold foil legendary kulu mastermind that I received in a single focus reward chest. I also received some good gold foil cards in the whole season and a bit more than usual which certainly soothed away my pain for not getting enough chaos packs. But all these cards are soul-bound so apart from using them in battles, we currently can not buy or sell them, rent or delegate them or even burn them for dec. But as I am staking more and more cards as time goes by, by the time they get unlocked or unbounded from my accounts, I am thinking of renting or selling whatever I have extra leaving a single max of each cards. But we certainly do not know when these cards will be allowed to transact but font think that time is coming anytime soon. So let all of us just keep playing and accumulating these assets in the meantime.

With the recent changes in the management team of splinterlands, there has been a reduction in the official team size and we lost some great splinterlands employees and the reason behind this sack was to reduce the total spending of the team Working so that the game can be more sustainable and can run for longer. Another sad things right now is to watch the SPS price which is keep falling at a slow rate and right now selling for only 0.014$ per unit. the DEC in the other hand is also not performing very well because it has also lost its position above 0.0007$ a while ago. This long and never ending bear season is affecting each of us involved in crypto and hope this bad phase passes soon.
